Checking into God's Presence...   I will like to welcome you all to August against all odds. Please note that in every situation we may have endured, "we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."-Romans 8:37-39  Father in Heaven; You have made us more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us, allow that when we come through specific weaknesses; You will decree and assure us "that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." In Romans 5:8, "God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." We, therefore, plead that Your righteousness will allow the overall purpose of Christ's death to come to manifestation upon our lives. "For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him": because we worship, praise, honour and serve Thee, we beseech You to remove our guilt, shame, reproach and cover us with such mercy from everlasting to everlasting. Let Your righteousness overwhelms even our children's children in Jesus Name. Amen  Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk   Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. "1 John 5:12-15 Most assuredly, God has a plan for all prayers, and if we pray according to His will, He will answer if we believe in Him and channel our prayers through the Name of His Son Jesus Christ. The ethos pronounced in Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest". Jesus, therefore, will permanently be moved by our level of faith in Him: not tears, doubts or fear: but first, we must be able to act on His Word. A clear example relates to the story of the two blind men that followed Jesus Christ in Matthew 9:27. It states: "And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us." Even though they were crying and perhaps yelling; Jesus didn't say anything to them until He asked them, "Believe ye that I am able to do this? and they replied, "Yes, Lord, we believe" in Matthew 9:28. Then He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you" (Matthew 9:29). Christ comes through the power of prayer and the trust we exercise in His Word. How well we can cry in worship or fellowship and or if we can entertain fear, tears and doubts do not matter. But the knowledge of bringing our prayer requests to God with faith, trust and belief in His Word will undoubtedly play a pivotal role to those who call themselves Christians.  Lead us, Heavenly Father and make us whole. We plead that You will remove tears, fear, and doubt, if any, from our lives. Give us the ability to listen and trust in the power in Your Word. Open up for Your sake the treasures of heaven and bless us with Your riches. Feed us with Your Living water so we shall thirst no more. Also, pronounce Your everlasting peace, joy, good health and long life upon everyone in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking in to His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting." Matthew 17: 19-21 A journey with God first starts with loving Him with all our hearts: as a child of God, would you believe that every sin we commit as individuals constitute living proof to the rejection of His word, and this will always negate the strength of the regard we have in His name? Jesus said, "Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Do you then prefer to tame Jesus to your needs or tame your lifestyle to suit Jesus way of life? Are you Christ disciples? Why then are you using the "Mind of God" syndrome to act? God will be God, no matter what, and He would not change His position to entertain any of our misdemeanours. Loving God requires having a healthy relationship with Him, and no one can do this without first loving their neighbours as themselves. Your love for God depends mainly on the true love you have for your neighbours. The obscurities are less obvious, and men will always pretend not to know what the Bible says about love concerning God and our neighbours. A similar message came in John 13:34-35: "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have loved one to another." If our faith is as little as a grain of mustard seed; we can say unto a mountain, "Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." I pray we will consistently achieve and overcome all limitations. We shall receive breakthroughs to climb all mountains, cross all valleys and go through all rivers of life. And may we have no more discouragement or idleness in pursuing our goals and possess our possessions in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.  Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist. And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, Lord, have mercy on my Son: for he is lunatic, and sore vexed: for oftentimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him. Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you? Bring him hither to me. And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour." Matthew 17: 10-18 The salvation of men souls has been another focal point, apart from the overwhelming theme of Christ love to the world. Gaining salvation for our souls cannot be conferred as a title on anyone and by any means becomes automatically achievable. For this purpose Christ had come already, "and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them." Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist. God is the scriptwriter of our lives, and we have to partner with Him so long that the story of our lives continues. The story of Crete, according to Titus, was synonymous with troubles. Like Jesus Christ, Titus was willing to serve in the place without promoting his plan to bring strength and spiritual vitality to the city. Can I then ask- how much of the divine service are you willing to give unto Christ? Do remember that causing trouble is the only knowledge we can't acquire in the university. Therefore, Lord, we ask that You initiate us constantly with Your Spirit as you did unto Titus. Rebuke the devil for Your sake upon us, so we do not cause any trouble and or dent Your image in any way whatsoever. Command Satan to depart from our lives and cured us of any illness that is against salvation. Instead, give us the ability to add strength, vigour and vitality to your Church in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking in to His Presence...

We are celebrating Joshua, three years on. There comes a time in life, When bye-bye becomes a goodnight  Money now rendered useless Beauty becomes pale Lullaby loses its taste Legs wilt, voices muted,  melted for the eternal reign, and Jokes and laughter has no more value For death has taken its course carelessly ramming itself Between the lines of our faith. To guide and or dent The very foundation of our faith let my pen speak of Your Might. As a child of God. But in our pain; empower us, Lord, to give all back to You  For we have enjoyed more riches from Thee No doubt, against those moments of despair. It is usually the pain that pushes us to You, Lord. In our times of joy;  You're always seated  At the back seat of our minds! Now the pain has pushed us to You today, oh Lord. And we remember Joshua. In Your greatness; swear by Your Name To comfort All that calls on Your Name. Empower us to stand tall In Your tabernacle, And once more Make our joy full to declare Your glory.  But grant Joshua the perpetual favour To sing amongst the Angels. Until the end of time Where we shall meet and part no more. Today, we boldly declare unto Joshua. Rest on with God's grace and in His kingdom.  In Jesus Mighty Name. Amen  You are still very dear in our hearts. Http://timetoreachmyheart.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world." Romans 10: 13-18 Call on Him, and He will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you have never seen or experienced before: "for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved". And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what good, acceptable and perfect will of God is. For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to believe but to think soberly according to as God hath dealt with every man the measure of faith. For "how then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? "So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. But I say, have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world." Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness. Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;" And so help us God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen  Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down that the rain stops thee not. And it came to pass in the meanwhile, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode and went to Jezreel." 1 Kings 18: 41-45 Let there be showers of blessings in the Name of Jesus Christ. Our God is all in all and a sufficient God: He is the God and the King of the universe, when He chooses to close, no man can open, and when He opens, no one can shut. Through Prophet Elijah in 1 Kings 18:41, we saw the narratives leading to the manifestation of the power to Ahab the King. Elijah told Ahab by the power of the Almighty God to go and drink and even eat because he perceived from God that there would be no more famine: for heavy rain was about to ensue. And "Ahab went up to eat and to drink" according to the instruction given to him. Therefore, those who follow Christ must believe that God is the solution to every problem in life: only we have to trust, acknowledge, and work according to His commandments. With this in mind, I pray: that there will be no more famine in our lives, and we shall begin to experience total blessings. I announce God's abundant riches that will cancel all debts; for there will be no more weeping, gnashing of the teeth, and all sadness will disappear. We shall begin to experience progress in our exploits with great joy: in good health and with long life too. May we witness the impact of God's hand in every area of our lives, and there will be no more delay in achieving our goals. I decree through the same power of God that our enemies and their methods shall fail by all means. God too will grant us blessings that stir the heart, peace that suits the mind, happiness that lifts the spirit and divine glory that will last forever in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed." Romans 10: 1-11 God bear records that we have the zeal to worship Him, He can say if such passion is according to His divine knowledge concerning our outward attributes in God’s synagogues. For inwardly, it is not uncommon for men to be ignorant of God's righteousness and then go about to establish their uprightness. Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Until men begin to submit themselves unto the righteousness of God and confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead: they shall be saved. “For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart," Brethren, my heart's desire and prayers to God for us is that we might be saved. I pray to God to supply our needs according to His riches in glory. May the abundance of the blessings of God make all things possible for us in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." John 14: 12-21 Generally, the pursuits of man contradict the simple journey they should have taken them into the heart of God. While such knowledge may be attributable to ignorance in the word of God, we must not forget what Christ declared in the book of John 14: 21. And it states: "He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." So that "whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments." Loving God, therefore, is not just an ordinary commandment but one that revolves around attaining the manifestation of God in our lives. God had equipped men to define love from the beginning of creation and measures their character towards each other. A young man once quipped as he preached that "the journey men decides to undertake in life often leads to nowhere" in all attributes. Men should always express their love for God through their devotion to their neighbours.  Teach us Thy ways oh God and uproot all foreign objects that may debar or denounce our genuine love for You. We beseech You to allow our journeys to be free from any hurdles; neither will You permit them to contradict Your love for us in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen  Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence… "And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied; Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the Lord thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage; Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint; Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end; And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth. But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day." Deuteronomy 8: 13-18 Is there life for you after death, and what sort of memories are you creating surrounding your faith? If you allow your heart to be lifted up and to forget the Lord thy God who brought you out of the house of bondage; who do you think will be waiting for you on the other side if there's life after death? A callous judge or a ruthless jury and merciless executioner? Do you think you will have a good reception that can guarantee a warm welcome into the Hands of the Almighty God? Let me assure you that it is only the fear of God and His presence in our lives that can give us the required submissive nature to His will, and this comes with so many promises: like that prophesied through Prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 60: 15-18: which states- Whereas thou has been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob. For brass, I will bring gold, and for iron, I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors' righteousness." We, therefore, pray with the above verses to receive in abundance God's mercy, blessings, favour, victory, breakthrough, peace, joy and fruitfulness from God in Jesus name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Checking into God's Presence...

Checking into God's Presence… "Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the Lord thy God chasteneth thee. Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him. For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey; A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass. When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the Lord thy God for the good land which he hath given thee. Beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day: Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;" Deuteronomy 8: 5-12 Believers, "beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day: Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein". Therefore oh Lord, empower us to keep the commandments of Thee oh Lord thy God, to walk in Your ways and also to fear You. For You our Lord and God will bring us "into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey; A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills" that we may dig brass and be comforted. Indeed, we may have been forsaken and hated, oh Lord, and with no joy travelling through to us: Father, we plead that You will make us an everlasting pride and joy to all generations. Declare with Your Name that no longer shall violence be heard in our lands nor ruin and destruction within our borders: but that You oh Lord will call our walls Salvation and our gates Praise in Jesus name. Checking into God's Presence… "Unto thee it was shewed, that Thou mightest know that the Lord he is God; there is none else beside him. Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire. And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day. Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else. Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever." Deuteronomy 4: 35-40 Upon all the self-acclaimed Christian virtues and self-righteousness: do you believe what God has shown you so that Thou would know that the Lord He is God and there is none else beside him?  What of your "Mind of God Syndrome"? Does it allow you to have a teachable spirit? "Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath there is none else. Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, forever. Therefore, let us "speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, and sound in faith, in charity, in patience. The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;" Empower us, oh Lord to drink the milk of nations and be nursed at royal breasts. "Then you will know that I, the LORD, am your Saviour, your Redeemer, and the Mighty One of Jacob.   In Jesus Name, You will renew our minds timely, oh Lord, because no one knows anything about tomorrow. Checking into God's Presence... "And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith." Habakkuk 2: 2-4 Are you losing hope in the power of God already? Would you believe we all live on His promises, irrespective? Of all His promises, which particular one do you think God has broken? Or do you feel that Lord is late for the delay in bringing His covenant upon you to fulfilment? Have you ever come across this saying by Apostle Paul in 2 Peter 3:8, which states: "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day". Behold: "the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry" and so with all promises that cometh out of God's mouth, and He will not declare a thing that will not come to pass. Like unto Prophet Ezekiel; again the word of the Lord came to me, saying; "For I am the Lord: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord God". “Are you therefore rebellious in carrying out the dictates of the Lord Almighty? Do you obey His injunctions partially and without minding His true principles? Prophet Habakkuk, too, recorded: "Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith." Jehovah Shalom the God of Peace; we pray that You will let Your peace reign in our lives in accordance to the covenant made with our Father Abraham and us. We plead. You will Turn our desolate land into such filled with prosperity, and mute perpetually all wars emanating from evil minds, evil eyes and evil tongues. Also remove steps running to destroy Your glory in us, and make us true Apostles ready to wait painstakingly for Your promises for "the vision is yet for an appointed time because at the end it shall speak and not lie even though it tarries. Above all, declare us fit for Your Kingdom in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen  Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  And in the days of these kings, shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.  Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet odours unto him.  The king answered unto Daniel and said, Of a truth, it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.  Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governours over all the wise men of Babylon." Daniel 2: 44-48  Without any doubt, there is always a road that leads nowhere, and it can be attractive, exciting and popular but will always bear the hallmark of confusion, mysteries and regrets. On the other hand, however, there is that road called Christ Way, which guarantee peace, joy and often leads to salvation. As well such road can present itself to be troubleshooting. Therefore, those who must ply the route have to come with patience, perseverance, trust, hope, faith, charity, forgiveness, and love so that the God of heaven can set up a kingdom upon such person. Within Your grace, oh Lord, we pray You to give us the privilege to be able to hide our identity in the power of Your name. Oh Lord; once You swore by Your holiness that You would not lie unto David and by Your word You have declared "his seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me". We, therefore, implore You to swear by Your Name and allow the same covenant of peace You made with David to come to manifestation upon our souls. Through the power of Your holiness, let the guarantee given by the faithfulness in Your Name comfort us, remove our guilt and what we bear and wear as shame in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into His Presence... "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another." Galatian 5:22-26 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world – the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions is not from the Father, but it is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever "1 John 2:15-17. If we, therefore, seek to find any identity in Christ, we have to walk with the Spirit that is very close to the one described in the Bible about our Lord Jesus Christ. Without the attitude to provoke one another, it must also not nurture any desire for any vainglory.  As well, all Children of God must be able to eschew envy, malice, pride, blasphemy, selfishness, tale-bearing and extreme hatred in all forms. Against such anomalies, all Children of God will face judgment when their lives are all over concerning how they have conducted their lives.  Therefore what passion are you nurturing? Can it be such that divides? Do you use your position to exploit the vulnerable so your light can shine even brighter? And do you honestly think that the next world will reflect your behaviour, where the wicked receive compensation and the innocence condemned? Are you in a position to justify your actions and or defend your conduct when faced with the same mysteries you have championed whilst in this world? What sort of songs will be from those you are likely to leave behind? Our Father in heaven, it is not untrue that we claim to live in accordance to Your Spirit: we beseech Thee to let us walk in the Spirit and do let the pronouncements You made in the life of David to come upon us. Do not take away your loving kindness but grant that You do not break Your covenant and alter the good things that have gone out of Your mouth concerning us. Father, You will also not allow Your faithfulness to fail upon us in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence… "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water:" Isaiah 1:18-22  "Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool", but if "ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land". Prophet Isaiah warned those who feigned obedience: "if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword:" Beloved, let us stay within the pursuit of removing impurities in the way we lead our Christian lives so we can be in spirit. By so doing, we can press towards having more profound knowledge in the word of God through Christ. It should be an ongoing process that must never end in a lifetime but achievable by living more like Jesus every day. Therefore, those who are called children of God will occasionally go through intense tests until they come out pure and refined as gold. However, destructive behaviours like anger, pride, impatience, lack of forgiveness, and bitterness have to be subdued significantly during the trial. And when we allow these behaviours to leave us, fruits of the spirit will always move in to take place and become part of such individual. Let the Lord's pronouncement upon David in Psalm 89:20-29, which states: "I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the sons of wickedness afflict him. And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him. But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers. He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him. His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven" shall come to fulfilment upon us in Jesus name. Checking into God's Presence...   "There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God always. He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God." Acts 10: 1-4 Gaining the salvation of Jesus Christ requires the need to experience spiritual growth in the Lord that will often display spiritual maturity! Cornelius, the centurion, was described as a devout man who feared God with his household. Cornelius prayed to God constantly; he also showed much love to the people, giving them alms in a manner that pleased God. It was an ongoing ritual that brought him in contact with God "in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God." Let me assure you that it is a faithful saying that God can select people He wants to use for His purpose, but such a person must first put the Lord in their plan for selection to be guaranteed. God puts Cornelius through the test of giving alms; he also learned the habit to fear God by praying unto Him regularly and without fail. Cornelius had so much trust and belief in God's Name and gained from his level of interaction with God due to spiritual growth and the level of maturity in him. An angel of the Lord appeared and assured him that God had seen his conduct and his prayers answered.  Interestingly, we all know what is wrong with our behaviours and the bad habit we have cultivated. Let us remember that those self-acclaimed destructive conducts cannot travel the journey with us to seek salvation in Christ Jesus. Therefore we pray unto You, oh Lord, to make us pass with distinction and empower us to reach the next phase of maturity in the Lord. Like Cornelius, enable us to use part of the substance given us to win souls for Christ through the act of giving in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the Lord. On the first day shall be a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: on the eighth day shall be a holy convocation unto you, and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: it is a solemn assembly, and ye shall do no servile work therein. These are the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day: Besides the sabbaths of the Lord, and beside your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the Lord. Also, on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the Lord your God seven days. And ye shall keep it a feast unto the Lord seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel dwell in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the Lord. Leviticus 23: 33-44 God commanded Moses to make some declaration to the children of Israel on the fifteenth day of the seventh month regarding the feasts of the Lord. That feast now revolves around your actual position with God and how close you are to His reign?  Would you consider yourselves to be an absolute thrill to the Kingdom of God and an obvious example of Christ love? Are you merely representing an empty vessel known mainly by various colours in ranks sizes and positions? Father, we plead in Your name to make the feasts we present before You to be perfect for Your use. Let them be overwhelmed with love to carry out Your injunctions and be perfect in loving our neighbours, following Your commandment in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  "For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth. And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall name. Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God. Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee." Isaiah 62:1-5 Today we declare You as the Almighty God, a Name to call on and a place to run to and take refuge. We plead. You will not allow any evil to befall us and any plague to come near our dwelling place. Through us, let the unbelievers see the righteousness in Your Name and make You their King of glory.  Would you please give us a new name that will associate us with Thy peace, joy and breakthrough? "For Zion's sake, You will not hold Your peace, and for Jerusalem's sake, You will not rest until Your righteousness goes forth as brightness to blot our shame and iniquities. Let the power of Thy salvation be a lamp that burns to show us Thy way and for the unbelievers to see Thy righteousness in us, and all kings thy glory. May we be called by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall name. I pray that the eyes of the wicked ones will never impact us, for we have chosen to make the Name of the Highest God our habitation. Forbid, oh God, that the hearts of the wicked will never think evil about us, and their legs thread our paths. May God never leave and forsake us but will fight our battles so we can have peace and forbid the wicked ones from touching us in any form in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?" 1 John 5:1-5 Brethren, how is your faith in the power of God today? From the proclamation that ensued as a result of the Angelic visitation to Mary the mother Jesus Christ: we came to understand that Christ will be born as the Son of God and that He will come and overcome the world. "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith." Therefore, "who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God." Today's challenges stem from the inability of humanity to constantly put their trust in Christ Jesus. And to overcome the intricacies posed by this world, human beings must rely on the truthfulness in Christ Name to perform any practical duties both in the physical and the spiritual realm. It shows we need the intervention of a Supreme Being for the spirit of truth to lead and put us within the touching distance of God. And this should play an essential role in the assessment we give to everyone, including those called after God's Name. However, claiming to live a spirit-filled life does not in any way embrace any conclusive view about our stand before the Lord. It includes the perception that allows everyone to see and judge those called Children of God by their titles, ages, and disposition in any Assembly of Christ: It may be an apparent irony to what God truly wants us to be. We perceive that the outside may be a complete opposite on all matters that reigns in those hearts that sing praises in God's Houses daily.  Therefore, we pray unto You oh God to create in us the ability to love You always and declare that we are Yours. Let us not be afraid of this world, instead teach us to put our trust in Thee until we can overcome the world in Jesus name. Checking into God's Presence... "Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.  Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world." James 1: 18-27 Quite simply, who are you in Christ? Of all the sermons you have listened to, what has been your response? "For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was." Do you know that being beautiful comes more from the inside of a man than from the outside? Do you have the ability to wear a heart that Jesus Christ commanded in Matthew 22:37-40 in your dispositions? Jesus replied: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbour as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."  May the grace of God abounds and give us the entitlement to receive His unmerited favour according to the works of our hands. Thou look deeper into the hearts of men, and Psalm 113:4-9 opines on how Your Mind works oh God. Set us up with Kings and princes of this world, making the barren woman keep house and be a joyful mother of children in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Here’s wishing you all a happy and prosperous new week through the grace of God. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away. For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways. Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” James 1:9-17. What are you looking for? Do you believe that Christ has the key for the Kingdom of this and that of the heavens? Therefore I say to you: “Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning”. Remember; if you fail in your quests to receive and make Jesus Christ as Your Lord and Saviour in this world, without any doubt, you will also miss the opportunity to reign with Him in His eternal Kingdom. Romans 9:17 declares: “for the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.” So what are your thoughts? Has there been any shift in your ways of life that will make God happy and consider you righteous? Your presence alone in any church service cannot guarantee your righteousness: it is measured according to the works of your heart in character. Remember what God said in Genesis 6:5. “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually”. If genuinely you are above board, then see what lies in store for such individual: this is because “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread” Psalm 37:25. Oh Lord, we pray unto You to give us the empowerment to think and live according to Your Ways so we shall not be forsaken or beg for bread in Jesus name. Checking into God’s Presence... “Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord. And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God. For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. It shall be unto you a Sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your Sabbath.” Leviticus 23: 27-32. Nowadays, those called Children of God do have an overall assessment of how they classify true worship in God’s Sanctuary. Generally, what is true in prayer may have stemmed from many pastoral visits made by many to the different sanctuary. Aside, there are clear misconceptions about those who are simply overzealous in their Christian duties. Usually, this attitude acts more as a smokescreen, covering up their true intentions concerning true worship. What is true worship, therefore? I once listened to a preacher who quipped: Do you have a hard time letting go of your time to God? Do you continually move closer to God in times of needs and or difficulties? What motivates every act in the presence of God? Does your attributes, including giving in the church, entails the character of God? Listen to what Apostle Paul has to say in Hebrews 6:11-12-“And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises”. Consequently, true worship has to be measured in terms of how eternal your relationship is with God. Do remember; “the fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner”-Proverbs 11:30-31:”He that trusteth in his riches shall fall; but the righteous shall flourish as a branch”. Proverbs 11:28 Oh Lord, our God, strengthen our faith and give us the empowerment to declare our riches purely on Your merit in Jesus name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways." James 1:1-8 Can you afford to live in this world without having traces of Christ in you? The message today is: "go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand." Matthew 10:6-7 He that is not in Christ and Christ in him waivers and cannot receive anything from God. "For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways" because "he that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me." "For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me. For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." Definitely, "He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward." Matthew 10:39-41. Christ has the power to call us each by our name and can also bring us home to His eternal Kingdom. Now may the God of patience and consolation grant us the desires to live according to the dictates of Christ so we may through Him glorify God with our mouths in heaven in Jesus name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "The Jews then murmured at him because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven. And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven? Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man, therefore, that hath heard and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the father. Verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. John 6:41-47 Do we all know that God followed due process in the formation of the earth? Everything did not just happen at once, even though the Lord has the power to do and undo. Similarly, the same due process occurs when human beings were created. We are all taken from conception to that point when we were born as a child. There is no magic in the process of waiting on the Lord. The Lord determines every due process for those who believe in Him, and the confirmation is in John 6:47, which states- "verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life". That means those who call themselves Children of God have to follow a due process based on the perfect understanding of God's laws to be able to have an ideal relationship with God. It is only then we can enjoy excellent testimonies before His Presence. Therefore, if you don't want to be processed gradually as a child of God like Abraham, Hannah, David and Esther, to mention but a few, you cannot be defined as a proper child of God, which can have severe repercussions. We invite the Presence of Thee Lord to lead in the progression of every process in our lives so that we can continue to enjoy His perfect testimonies. You have sent us as sheep among the heathens and the wolves; let Your grace begin to dominate our affairs and leave in our hearts sound doctrines about the things of the spirit. We beseech Thee to allow the blessings we have received from Thee oh Lord to lead our desires in our efforts to gain more knowledge that will guarantee our access to Your eternal kingdom in Jesus name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “And the angel of the Lord called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice”. Genesis 22:15-18 Oh Lord and our God; how excellent is Your name; Thou proclaimed to Abraham “that in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore;” will command the same blessing upon us today. You formed and knew us from our mother’s womb. We plead with Your mercy to deliver us from afflictions and those who have sworn to bring us down. Declare our seeds to possess the gate of our enemies; And through our sources, let all the nations of the earth be blessed because You will make us obey Your voice. With Your power, oh Lord, keep all bones so that not one of them is broken and heal all wounds to comfort our souls. David in Psalm 34:22 declared- “the Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate”. Father, we pray, do not allow our sins to jeopardise this covenant upon us. Let us continue to grow with the values of this covenant through Your strength. Remove and also ban any act, any group and or methods championed by any means working to subject us to desolation and obscurity in Jesus name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into His Presence… "For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant". Job 14:7 For Jesus said in John 6:32-40: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. But I said unto you, that ye also have seen me, and believe not. All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day." So Children of God, where does your faith lie and what motivates you in the assemblies of God. Irrespective of our circumstances: there is always something to be thankful for, only we are too self-conceited in our attributes to acknowledge the fact. The lack of appreciation we display to our neighbours extends to the way we relate with our God. Therefore, don't allow your situation to determine the sort of relationship you will maintain with God. We should be mindful of this declaration in Job 14:7 which states, "for there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root there of wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant". Every opportunity given to live must be a defining moment in His Presence to express immense appreciation towards the Lord's Graciousness. Therefore, let You, oh Lord define our pursuits; take our souls and make them a place for Your habitation. Use our eyes; allow them to guide our hearts only to see things about Your Kingdom. Also, empower us to give our lives to You based on the assurances we have received from the scriptures in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence..

Checking into God's Presence... "A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary. O Lord, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters. Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise. Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the Lord? let it come now. As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee. Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil. Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction." Jeremiah 17:12-18 O Lord our God, You were the constant hope of the people of Israel and those who forsake Thee shall be ashamed. It was on record that they departed from Your instructions, gained nothing from Thee, and recorded for them on earth. Pharaoh forsook Your instructions, and he missed out with his generation upon generation from receiving anything from the fountain of Living Waters. However and as much as we pray, fast, and keep vigil, we cannot justify our faith, belief, hope and expectations on the stories of Joseph's success alone. We also have to think about his failures, challenges, setbacks and temptations. We knew full well that he overcame them through sheer dedication to purity, humility, honesty, faithfulness, contentment, and trustworthiness. These were all achievable because Joseph focused mainly on God's demands. In Genesis 17:1, God gave an explicit instruction to Abraham when He appeared unto him-"I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless." Can we put our lives on hold and access the true nature of our conduct before God? What are your confessions before Christ? Are you truthful with your service to God, and do you worship the Lord in truth and holiness? You are the Perpetual Light and can't be hidden; heal us O Lord, and we shall be healed; save us, and we shall be saved: for thou art our praise. Take Your stand in our lives and declare our salvation. Remove lack, reproach, sickness and every hand/organisation that constantly seek our downfall in Jesus name. Checking into God's Presence... "Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." Genesis 12:1-3 So that God can bless Abraham, He commanded: "Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee", and Abraham followed the instruction of God partially because when Abraham departed he "took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came." Although God did not complain, His original declaration to Abraham was, "And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." Did Abraham need to help God by taking Lot along and Sarah, his wife? We can argue that this singular act of partial obedience on the part of Abraham was responsible for Sarah's inability to conceive early. Know you, therefore, that for God to proclaim His blessings, we must give in return an act of obedience with no amendments, no ifs and no buts associated with the way we carry out the instructions. Father in heaven, You declare and set Your mercy anew every morning, and great is Your faithfulness. Remember this covenant through the Blood of the Lamb and proclaim Your mercy upon us. You rightly admonished that "it is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord:" While we wait patiently in the hope which guarantees our salvation; remove fear, doubts, illnesses, deaths, hatred, unemployment and lacks any nature. Instead, infuse in us breakthroughs, joy, peace, spiritual growth, knowledge and wisdom. In all, give us food worthy of our needs in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "And the fame thereof was heard in Pharaoh's house, saying, Joseph's brethren are come: and it pleased Pharaoh well, and his servants. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Say unto thy brethren, This do ye; lade your beasts, and go, get you unto the land of Canaan; And take your father and your households, and come unto me: and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and ye shall eat the fat of the land. Now thou art commanded, this do ye; take you wagons out of the land of Egypt for your little ones, and for your wives, and bring your father, and come. Also regard not your stuff; for the good of all the land of Egypt is your's. And the children of Israel did so: and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Pharaoh, and gave them provision for the way. To all of them he gave each man changes of raiment; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred pieces of silver, and five changes of raiment. And to his father he sent after this manner; ten asses laden with the good things of Egypt, and ten she asses laden with corn and bread and meat for his father by the way. So he sent his brethren away, and they departed: and he said unto them, See that ye fall not out by the way. And they went up out of Egypt, and came into the land of Canaan unto Jacob their father," Genesis 45:16-25 On this Lord's Day and as we call upon Your Holy name, satisfy the hunger in us; like unto Joseph: decree that You will give us the good of the land wherever we reside and us to eat the fat of the ground so we can always declare Your glory. Let Your word brings relief to the tests in our lives and satisfaction to the hope we have in Thee. See to it that our hearts become laden with joy for the good things we have achieved in the country we choose to live in. Also, uproot the confusion in our paths and set the enemies against their plans to guarantee our breakthroughs. Oh God, let whatever we considered being shameful, painful, loss, rejection, sadness, desertion and unholy campaign to suppress, castigate and or cast aspersions unto the path of what You have chosen for us. We pray in Your power to erase them permanently by the power and the covenant proclaimed upon the Blood of the Lamb. Allow Your Name to declare Your glory and guarantee our peace, joy, good health, long life and blessing in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest. And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and Lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. Haste ye, and go up to my father, and say unto him, Thus saith thy son Joseph, God hath made me Lord of all Egypt: come down unto me, tarry not: And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy children's children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast: And there will I nourish thee; for yet there are five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household, and all that thou hast, come to poverty. And, behold, your eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Benjamin, that it is my mouth that speaketh unto you. And ye shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt, and of all that ye have seen; and ye shall haste and bring down my father hither. And he fell upon his brother Benjamin's neck, and wept; and Benjamin wept upon his neck. Moreover he kissed all his brethren, and wept upon them: and after that his brethren talked with him". Genesis 45:4-15 Are you still in doubt about what the Lord can and can't do? Do you believe that deep in the unfathomable Mind of God, God can send anyone to preserve, nurture and position you to where your posterity is laden on earth? God can save your lives by the testimonies of the words of the mouth that links you up with the way of a great deliverance? From Joseph's ordeal; he was able to declare even before his brethren in Genesis 45:8 that "So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of his entire house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt." What would you have done if you were in Joseph's shoes? In warning, let us remember that God is nearer to us than most of us think; if invited into our lives, He will ride in every storm that comes our way, and we can only see Him with discerning eyes. May God make this our gain in Jesus name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering before the Lord, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the Lord for the priest. And ye shall proclaim on the self-same day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations. And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the Lord your God. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.” Leviticus 23:20-24 It is the first day of the month, and we are privileged by Your grace, oh Lord, to enjoy Your Presence even in the seventh month. We realised that some did not make it this far. But quite briefly, the bible describes everyone as imperfect. “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”-Romans 3:10 and “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”-Romans 3:23 Apostles Paul also admonished us on how to maintain Godly relationship in Roman 15:1-2: “We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.” Unto Moses Thou declared: “I am the Lord your God. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation”. Help us, therefore, oh Lord, that when we reap the harvest of our land, we shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of our field when we reap. You are the Lord; teach us not to gather any gleaning from our harvest: but empower us to leave them purposely for the poor, the widows and the strangers according to Your commandments. We pray for peace in our households, workplaces and the Church of God. “May they prosper who loves us, may peace be within our walls and prosperity within our palaces for the sake of our brethren and companions: we will now say, “Peace be within us all.” Amen (Psalm 122:6-9) Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “And it was so, that when Solomon had made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication unto the Lord, he arose from before the altar of the Lord, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven. And he stood, and blessed all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying, Blessed be the Lord, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant. The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us: That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers. And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before the Lord, be nigh unto the Lord our God day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel at all times, as the matter shall require: That all the people of the earth may know that the Lord is God and that there is none else. Let your heart, therefore, be perfect with the Lord our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.”1 King 8:54-61 We bless Your name, oh Lord, for we have come to the end of the first half of the year 2020. We beseech You to validate our trust in You and declare Your works in our lives. Give unto us rest from our labours in accordance to what You have promised. Indeed, not one word of Your good promise which You made through Moses, Your servant has failed. Therefore we plead that You will not leave and allow us to forsaken. Instead, ensure You incline our hearts unto the purpose of our creation and make us keep Your commandments, walk in Your ways, and obey the statutes Thou commanded through Abraham, Moses and David, our forefathers. As we wait patiently for Thee, oh Lord, bring us out of the horrible world pit and the miry clay. Instead, set our feet upon a rock that will establish our goings and comings. Put a new song in our mouth so we can give You praise. Also, incline Your Ear unto so You can hear our cries and empower us to always trust in the power of Your name: in Jesus name. Checking into God’s Presence... “Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people. For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the Lord made the heavens. Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary. Give unto the Lord, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the Lord glory and strength. Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth. Say among the heathen that the Lord reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously. Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof. Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice.” Psalm 96:2-12 We sing unto Thee oh Lord and bless Your Holy name; because all other gods of the nations are idols but You made the heavens. For Your oh Lord is great, and greatly shall You be praised so You can continuously show us Thy salvation from day today. Therefore, we plead with You, Lord, to declare Your glory among the heathens and wonders among all the people that fear You above all other gods. We will rejoice in Thy salvation oh Lord: therefore remember all our offerings and accept our burnt sacrifices. Grant us according to thine own heart, and fulfil all our counsel. Forgive us because of Your mercy and uphold us with Thy free Spirit. Forbid that our sins do not deprive us of Your restoration and infuse in us the privilege to be genuinely converted unto Your Holy Name. Untie our tongue and let them sing aloud of thy righteousness. Also, open Thou the treasures of Thy testimonies and purposely make our mouths to declare Thy praise through the glory apportioned unto us through the Blood of the Lamb in Jesus name. Checking into God’s Presence... “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:27-31 God treasures His workmanship, and the designs given to everyone became a masterpiece. With the power of His Might, God confirmed the creation of man to be the best of His works according to the declaration in the Book of Genesis 1: 26-28, which states: “ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” We must know therefore carry the Lord blessings because “of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.” Therefore I encourage you not to be afraid in Christ Jesus, for He is with us and can call everyone by our names. We only choose to follow Him, and He will always attend to her needs because He loves us, and we are His. Now we know “that the Lord saveth His anointed; He will hear him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God” in Jesus name. Amen. Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “And Jacob said, O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Isaac, the Lord which saidst unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee: I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands. Deliver me, I pray thee, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau: for I fear him, lest he will come and smite me, and the mother with the children. And thou saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.” Genesis 32:9-12 Father, we are “not worthy of the least of Your mercies, and of the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant.” With Your Might, we crossed through the darkness of the night into the mercy of another day. Deliver us, therefore, from the hand of our enemies and those who persecute us. Do well unto us and make our seeds as the sands of the seashore. When Thou said, all things are under You, empower us to accept this declaration that all things under heaven belong unto us through the power of Your might. We plead in accordance to the purpose of Your creation; for You to suppress all untimely death in our midst. With Your mercy, forgive and cast away all sinful deposits capable of drawing us into the pit of nothingness, sickness, unemployment, redundancies and any form of accident that can cause injuries and disability. Redeem us with Your favour, strengthen us with Your joy and let Your Holy Spirit dispel all challenges in a manner that will guarantee our breakthrough in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence... “And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.” Genesis 17:1-9 Are you living your life for the world to see that someone saved your soul and that Person was Jesus? Remember, “the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect” so He can make a covenant between him and Himself and then multiply Him exceedingly. God wanted Abraham to be in a perfect relationship with Him before He can make him incredibly fruitful. By so doing, God made nations of him so that kings also came out of him. God heard Abraham’s voice and claimed him as His choice, so today, I want you all to be still and know that the Lord near; sweet is His name, and it better than the morning flower with never-failing skills. Despite your condition, I implore you all not to be afraid of those challenges, for the Lord is with us, and you can always call Him by His name. God is saying to you today to come and follow Him, and He will establish His covenant between you and Himself. May God continue to be our God and keep the same covenant He had with Abraham with us. Let the seeds after us, and their generations from everlasting to everlasting bring to manifestation the Abrahamic covenant in our lives so God too can continue to keep us and the seeds after us in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence... “Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.” John 4:9-15 Jesus arrived silently into the life of the woman of Samaria to remove her fear and lifted her out of bondage just by giving her a Living Water. It was stated clearly in John 4:9 where “Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.” And that “whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” Jesus spoke the Word to the life of the Samaria Woman so she can be able to stand, walk and live in freedom in this world. Her encounter with Jesus Christ led her to release from worldly troubles. She offered unto her the Living Water, which represented the inherent peace the world could not give her. Therefore, today, I encourage you all to call on the name of God so that the Lord can embrace your pain, just like the Samaria Woman. “May the Lord hear us in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend us; Send us help from the sanctuary, and strengthen us out of Zion in Jesus name.” (Psalm 20:2) Amen Just Checking into His Presence...
