Checking into God’s Presence… ”What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.  The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.  The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.” Psalm 34: 12-22 Have you ever considered those things God can’t do? God cannot lie, God cannot change, and God cannot leave you, God cannot forsake you, and God does not sleep and will not allow sinners into heaven. As well, God can’t be imperfect and can’t stop loving you. Irrespective of what God can and cannot do, “the face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart. Saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” Do you, therefore, seek to live for as many days as possible in life? Then, you must depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it because “the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. How true is your worship concerning what God can and cannot do? Remember what Jesus said in John 4:21-24: “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews” “But the hour is coming, and now is when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and truth.” “May the Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord [a]lift His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” Amen (Numbers 6:24:26) Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...
