Checking into God's Presence... “All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes, but the Lord weigheth the spirits. Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established. The Lord hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.” Proverbs 16:2-4 To the wise, the sound doctrines inscribed into the teachings of the word of God should improve their relationship with God. As well, stating the obvious to the fools in the kingdom race can be viewed in another format. Maintaining the way of Christ can be tantamount to slavery to many and it can be some kind of imprisonment to other groups. However, there will always be a way to renounce the truth if it incapacitates the area of fulfilling lustful desires. Whereas “all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works”(2 Timothy 3:16-17).  Therefore, we must “preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2 Fortify our thoughts oh Lord so we can be instant in season and out of season.
