Checking into God’s Presence... “And, behold, there was a woman, which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.” Luke13:11-13 Hear me, oh Lord, such help that was enjoyed by “a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself” will be enjoyed and become permanent within our family, community and workplaces. The miracle of how it happened will continue to occur in our lives, and the connection that we need to reclaim our hijacked benefits and glory will come our way just like what David did to “Mephibosheth. For David called unto Mephibosheth. and he answered: “Behold, I am your servant, And David said to him do not fear, for I will show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of Saul, your father, and you shall eat at my table always.” Oh Lord, declare this new day to be a day to worship and praise You. Make it a new day to glorify You in all that we do. Let every cycle of poverty break, and all physical challenges are healed like the “woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.” We put our trust in Christ, whose love is kind and patient: and His word filled with the promises that declared His faithfulness to those who love, fear, trust, and honour Him. He will ensure we receive our divine allocation no matter the challenges that may come our way. I also pray that the Lord will open the book of remembrance concerning us, and we shall have reasons to laugh. All illegal occupants sitting on our joy shall be removed in Jesus Mighty Name.
