Checking into God's Presence... The night is past, and, through the power of God, a new day has just sprung forth. Then stand up and sing; you should rise, dance, and look up while you pray. In whatever move you decide to play, God within should be your strength. But hold on; do you worship and honour God by the offering of lip service? Can you consistently work with God without walking with Him? Are you also walking for and winning for Christ? If you claim to have passed through these stages, you must be strong in faith and value Christianity. There must be an overriding tendency to listen to the voice of God and not the noise from the world. For in God, there will always be peace with no hatred; love that detests jealousy, and there would be no rooms for evil reports. Philippians 4:8 says, "whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things." And if for any reason you find anything short of these values in any Assembly of God, the perpetrators should be classified as mere attention seekers who have not entirely given their lives to Christ. We must know the real difference when we genuinely walk and work with Christ according to His templates. Therefore, Christianity is not about winning every battle; occasions will always arise when we have to let go of things we cannot change. In any case, we must learn to mastermind how to accept defeats from the power of gossip, and that depends mainly on how we submit our hearts to the guiding principles of the spirit of the Almighty God which resides in us. But "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, and I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10- May the Lord God increase and saturate our ideas through His wisdom to achieve breakthroughs in our Christian journeys. It is true that when the ground is consistently dug, it reveals and brings forth hidden treasures like water, gold, and a diamond among hosts of other divine treasures. As we dig deep into the words of God through faith, may we be blessed by God by the same margin of riches. May God also help us sustain the blessings that He had given us in Jesus' Mighty Name.
