Checking into God's Presence...     As Children of God, we must never forget that God doesn't love us because of who we are. God loves us pretty much because of who He is, and nothing can change that. And we must humble ourselves and appreciate God in whatever position we may find ourselves. Aside, we must be thirsty and willing to drink from the water of life as prepared by our Lord Jesus Christ for the Lord to make us rejoice over our enemies; just like King Jehoshaphat in the Book of 2 Chronicles 20: 26-30  For “on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the valley of Berachah; for there they blessed the Lord: therefore the name of the same place was called, The valley of Berachah, unto this day.   Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat in the forefront of them, to go again to Jerusalem with joy; for the Lord had made them to rejoice over their enemies. And they came to Jerusalem with psalteries and harps and trumpets unto the house of the Lord. And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries when they had heard that the Lord fought against the enemies of Israel. So the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet: for his God gave him rest round about." 2 Chronicles 20: 26-30  With the saving Strengths of God's power, King Jehoshaphat was able to return to Jerusalem with psalteries, harps, and trumpets unto the house of the Lord because of the victory gained. And this new status brought renewed fear of God to all the kingdoms of those countries when they learnt how the Lord fought against Israel's enemies. Furthermore, God made the realm of Jehoshaphat to be quiet afterwards; He also gave him rest round about and upon all his endeavours. Our Father who art in heaven; hallowed be Thy name; we plead through Your love to humanity to give us Holy Spirit that will infuse Your peace in our lives. Let Your love guarantee our joy with victory, healing and successes roundabout. Also, make Thy word order our steps so we can fear You in Jesus Mighty Name.
