Checking into God’s Presence...  “Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it. And though they say, The Lord liveth; surely they swear falsely. O Lord, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return. Therefore I said, Surely these are poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the Lord, nor the judgment of their God. I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the Lord, and the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds”. Jeremiah 5: 1-5 Father, we plead through the graciousness in Your name to discover and repackage us with Your mercy so we can run through our errands without any hitch as we parade ourselves going to and fro on the streets of life. Empower us to constantly seek Thee in rightful places and consider us to be able to execute judgment that runs with delight after the words of truth while You also pardon our transgressions: are not thine eyes upon the truth O Lord? Rightly too; Thou have been living from everlasting to everlasting; therefore, consider us as inferior so You can continuously bless us. Remove our hearts from the foolish things of this world so we can always perform in the ways of Thee oh Lord. Grieve the hearts of those who had sworn falsely against us, for Your Sake make them not to refuse correction even when they have made their faces harder than a rock. Persuade their hearts with Your might so they can receive divine turn around in their ways. Cause every closed door running against Your blessings in our lives to open and decree that they will never close again. We declare freedom unto those in captivity; we beseech Thee to allow their prison doors to open and the bands in their hands loosened in Jesus Mighty Name.
