Checking into God’s Presence... ”And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest. And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. “Genesis 45: 4-8 It is the first day in May; I admonish you not to be grieved and or bother about any challenging situations you may be facing at the moment. We must remember Joseph, too, was smeared with some difficulties from the early stages of his life. The challenges came from the hatred borne by members of His house, and ironically, God was aware of the accounts and was with him throughout the whole ordeal. Despite their game plan, God’s will manifested upon Joseph, and he introduced himself to his brethren later on in a foreign land, having emerged out of all challenges through the amazing grace of our God. For “Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life.”-Genesis 45: 4-8  Even with his turbulent times, Joseph remained connected to God; He retained the worship culture, was also apt in following God’s will, God’s way and God’s Words. Joseph was able to fulfil God’s commission in a way that allowed those who contributed to his early challenges to feed on him. And the turnaround permitted him to profess: “God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt”.  As we step out on this first day of the Month, oh Lord, show us Thy favour and connect us to great men who will help us fulfil our destinies. We command in Your Name to break the yokes of the enemies, illnesses, poverty and untimely deaths, and allow Your Holy Spirit to overwhelm our attributes according to Your command in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Here’s wishing you all a happy and successful month of May in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... Do you trust God enough, and how well do you serve, honour and worship Him? How do you relate with others? Do you feign forgiveness and practice hatred? Besides, do you inherit other people's enemies for no just cause?   What value do you place on prayers, worship and serving in the house of God? Know that our life in this world is a temporary gift, albeit timed by by the same God. And in all of this, the time itself is timed, and God is the only Super Being that lives outside such time, therefore give your life unto Him, so He can become your refuge before it is too late. In Psalm 46:1-11, David proclaims the Supremacy of our Jehovah God and says: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. There is a river; the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.   Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge" in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk   Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...     As Children of God, we must never forget that God doesn't love us because of who we are. God loves us pretty much because of who He is, and nothing can change that. And we must humble ourselves and appreciate God in whatever position we may find ourselves. Aside, we must be thirsty and willing to drink from the water of life as prepared by our Lord Jesus Christ for the Lord to make us rejoice over our enemies; just like King Jehoshaphat in the Book of 2 Chronicles 20: 26-30  For “on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the valley of Berachah; for there they blessed the Lord: therefore the name of the same place was called, The valley of Berachah, unto this day.   Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat in the forefront of them, to go again to Jerusalem with joy; for the Lord had made them to rejoice over their enemies. And they came to Jerusalem with psalteries and harps and trumpets unto the house of the Lord. And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries when they had heard that the Lord fought against the enemies of Israel. So the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet: for his God gave him rest round about." 2 Chronicles 20: 26-30  With the saving Strengths of God's power, King Jehoshaphat was able to return to Jerusalem with psalteries, harps, and trumpets unto the house of the Lord because of the victory gained. And this new status brought renewed fear of God to all the kingdoms of those countries when they learnt how the Lord fought against Israel's enemies. Furthermore, God made the realm of Jehoshaphat to be quiet afterwards; He also gave him rest round about and upon all his endeavours. Our Father who art in heaven; hallowed be Thy name; we plead through Your love to humanity to give us Holy Spirit that will infuse Your peace in our lives. Let Your love guarantee our joy with victory, healing and successes roundabout. Also, make Thy word order our steps so we can fear You in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  "Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the Lord in the midst of the congregation; And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. To morrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel. Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you. And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the Lord, worshipping the Lord." 2 Chronicles 20: 14-18  If God indeed formed Thee, most assuredly, He must be aware of what you are going through. All the Lord requires from us is the ability to trust Him so that He can lead us out of every storm of life. If we follow Him rightfully, we will not need to fight in any battle set against ourselves. It is only then that we will be able to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord that resides only within the hearts of those who truly trust Him and have decided to follow His commandments. Therefore fear not and do not be dismayed. God is already ahead even unto our tomorrow and ready to work against all that troubles us provided we faint not, for He is always prepared to help us. Let our conscience be alive today, oh Lord, so we can see the nakedness in our hearts and be conformed to Your ways. Also, revive the barrenness in our trustworthiness and allow Your transformation to take absolute control of our lives. With Your might, empower us to dwell only within the confines of the gates of light so we can always receive Your grace in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just checking in into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  "It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle. Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazontamar, which is Engedi. And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the Lord: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the Lord. And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the Lord, before the new court, And said, O Lord God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?" 2 Chronicles 20: 2-6 You may not know, and may also pretend not to know that in life, we are always bound to face some challenges, and that is irrespective of who we are. Interestingly, no one is exempt from this assumption, so far that our days are built around the night and the day time marred with different seasons according to Ecclesiastes 3: 1-4. And it states-"To everything, there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;" Frequently, the definition of life for each individual depends mainly on the reaction that comes our way as we tread through the intricacies of life as described in the above passage. Some 2000 years ago, Jehoshaphat was faced with the life-threatening circumstance when Ammon's children came against him to battle. Despite all the threat and anxieties, Jehoshaphat did not entertain any fear; instead, he set himself to seek the Lord. Not only that, he also invited the generality of the people of Judah to join him whilst proclaiming a fast throughout the region. And indeed, God answered their prayers. Empower us, therefore, oh Lord, to be able to stand before You like Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah. Give us the insight to pray to You O Lord God of our fathers, and declare: "art not thou God in heaven? And rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? And in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none can withstand thee? Use Your that same power to deliver us consistently from our fears, doubts, health concerns, marital challenges, hunger and unemployment in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen  Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm. And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations. And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the Lord your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies. Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the Lord your God. And it came to pass on the twentieth day of the second month, in the second year, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony.” Numbers 10:7-11. There is a condition which God placed on each and every one for His help to be guaranteed in the time of our needs. God desires to help His people if only those called by His name can summon the courage to sound their trumpets in prayer by fasting and using thanksgiving to address Him at all times. Significantly, what the Lord wants from us is to draw near Him simply by using the methods mentioned above. Now that we know, let us cry out for His help to receive our divine breakthrough and protection granted by His grace. Make the relationship we hold for Your Name ardent and capable of shunning vain labour that satisfies the desires which increase the tendency to partner with more ungodliness. On different occasions, oh Lord, we have individually chosen to be called after Your name, therefore declare us fit for the purpose by Your Holy Spirit. Cleanse us and make us “flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart” 2 Timothy 2:22. And may the grace to know God’s conditions through His Word and the ability to be obedient and receive appropriate help when necessary be our portion in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  "And at midnight, Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.   Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway." Acts 16:25-33  "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded." James 4:8 And "humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up." James 4:10 "Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge." James 4:11 “For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. Go to now, ye that say, Today or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:"  Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour that appeareth for a bit of time and then vanisheth away. "But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. Therefore to him, that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin". Oh Lord, we acknowledge that our fleshy nature may refuse to listen to Your voice. Often we are led by the spirit man to return to our old ways, speak unto them with Your Spirit and burst the bonds between our arc enemy Satan so we can enter Your glory. Make us know the course of the Lord, to fear You and the judgment of Thine Hand. We pray oh Lord to heal all ailments among us, comfort and infuse into our homes Your undeniable peace in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence...  “Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it. And though they say, The Lord liveth; surely they swear falsely. O Lord, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return. Therefore I said, Surely these are poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the Lord, nor the judgment of their God. I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the Lord, and the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds”. Jeremiah 5: 1-5 Father, we plead through the graciousness in Your name to discover and repackage us with Your mercy so we can run through our errands without any hitch as we parade ourselves going to and fro on the streets of life. Empower us to constantly seek Thee in rightful places and consider us to be able to execute judgment that runs with delight after the words of truth while You also pardon our transgressions: are not thine eyes upon the truth O Lord? Rightly too; Thou have been living from everlasting to everlasting; therefore, consider us as inferior so You can continuously bless us. Remove our hearts from the foolish things of this world so we can always perform in the ways of Thee oh Lord. Grieve the hearts of those who had sworn falsely against us, for Your Sake make them not to refuse correction even when they have made their faces harder than a rock. Persuade their hearts with Your might so they can receive divine turn around in their ways. Cause every closed door running against Your blessings in our lives to open and decree that they will never close again. We declare freedom unto those in captivity; we beseech Thee to allow their prison doors to open and the bands in their hands loosened in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them and will bring them again to their folds, and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days, Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The Lord Our Righteousness. Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that they shall no more say, The Lord liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; But, The Lord liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them, and they shall dwell in their own land." Jeremiah 23:3-8. Due to unrighteousness, Judah was in captivity. But a prophecy came from Prophet Jeremiah to pronounce their freedom- "in his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, the Lord our Righteousness" Jeremiah 23:6. The Lord prepared to gather their flock's remnant from all countries where they drove them and bring them back to their folds. The Lord also planned to make them fruitful and watch them increase. And part of the freedom packages God gave Judah entails the setting up of shepherds over them so they can be fed and fear no more. He empowered them not to be dismayed and or surfer any lacks. We, therefore, reach out to You oh Lord for Your guidance; show us which way to turn by speaking into our minds. Strengthen, feed and do not allow us to falter and feel weary. Let us feel Your Spirit rising within our hearts and bring clarity into our visions and dreams.  Make us trust in You, oh God, no matter where we go and on whatever we decide to do, for You are The Lord of our Righteousness in Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Checking in into His Presence... “From the place of his habitation, he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.” Psalm 33:14-22 Our soul waiteth unto Thee oh Lord our Maker, we plead unto You to become our help and our shield because we have trusted in Your Holy Name. Let our heart begin to rejoice in You for King David proclaimed Your Might and said: “behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in His mercy”. We, therefore, declare our hope in the power of Your mercy out of the fear we have for Your Name. We beseech Thee to deliver our souls from death, keep us alive and away from any famine which also includes health issues. Let Thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us according to the hope we have in Thee in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into His Presence... " Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth, but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abides which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 1 Corinthians 3:5-16 Oh Lord our God Almighty; if indeed "every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward"- We "know we are the temple of God and the Spirit of God dwelleth in us": may the One who is Success to Himself wrap our lives with overall success in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We plead to You to allow Your Eyes that see when no one is mindful of Your presence to watch over us. We ask You to meet our heart desires because You are the One who knows what we can't tell the closest person around us. May the One who is the Eternal Light never allow darkness to cover our glory, and the One who fought for the Israelites will also continue to fight and grant us victory in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into His Presence...  “Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the Lord is right, and all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.   The counsel of the Lord standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.” Psalm 33:1-12 Psalm 33:1-4 states: “rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the Lord is right, and all his works are done in truth.”  And so today, I want to encourage everyone to make a joyful noise to the Owner of our souls, the I am that I am, the Ancient of Days, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, and our everlasting Father. With our praise, let us give honour unto the Mighty Saviour, the glorious Redeemer, the Merciful God, the unchangeable changer and Helper of the helpless. As we praise You, oh Lord, let our lines fall in pleasant places and things to work in our favour. May we be empowered by the Holy Spirit to receive blessing that will move us from glory to glory. Let us, also receive the expansion necessary for our territories to shine and for the glory of the Lord Almighty to manifest upon each and everyone in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so, by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience, many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover, the law entered that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so, might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 5:15-21 Of what guilt are you suffering, and of which sin are you known? Remember the words Prophet Ezekiel which state- "The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?" Ezekiel 18: 20-23 Therefore, let me assure you that "where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord". I pray for the grace of the Almighty God to command His Angels to roll away every sin that gathers to form any stumbling blocks to our progress. May such grace enliven us and reign with God's abundant gifts for His righteousness to come upon us unto our eternal life in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence...  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which given unto us. For when we were yet without strength, in due time, Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if we become reconciled to God through the death of his Son Jesus Christ, and continue to remain His enemies, so much more, we can all be saved by His death on the cross. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.” Romans 5:1-11 “Being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” Our father Who hath in heaven, hallowed be Thy name: remember Thou sends forth Your commandment upon the earth. As a result, Your word runneth smoothly and very swiftly too. Nations have been known not to perceive Your judgments; thereby, they have continuously given You praise. Empower us, therefore, and make our souls fill with Your honour. Let our legs dance to the thrills from our testimonies, and allow our lips to open up for the words of Your testament so we can raise Thee always in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen  Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... ”Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men! Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues. Blessed be the Lord: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city. For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee. O love the Lord, all ye his saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer. Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.”-Psalm 31:19-24 “Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite” and how great is thy goodness which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!” Lord, we pray You to keep us secretly in Your pavilion away from the strife of the tongues of our enemies. Begin with Your power to show us marvellous kindness in all places that we put our feet and forbid that we become unrighteous before Thine eyes.  Hear the voice of our supplications when we cry unto thee and let us be of good courage so You can strengthen our hearts. We pray You, oh Lord, to allow us to hope in Thee so we can command Your blessings to come upon us. Pronounce peace, obliterate fear, doubts, deaths, sickness and temptations from the paths we have chosen in life, and let Your mercy speak to guarantee praises in Your presence in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence...  “In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. For thou art, my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me and guide me. Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength. Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth. I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the Lord. I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities, And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.” Psalm 31:1-8 God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob, we beseech You to incline Your ears unto us so You can deliver us speedily. We have chosen to make You our rock and my fortress oh Lord, therefore and for Thy name's sake: lead, guide and pull us out of the net that the enemies have laid with the intent to harm us. Bow down thine ear to our pleas for Thou art become our strength and into Thine hand, we have committed our ways. Redeem us O Lord because You are the God of truth. We have put our trust in Thee; make us glad to be able to rejoice in Thy mercy. As You consider our struggles in the midst of our adversities oh Lord, choose with Thy power to set our feet in a large room. Feed us in the presence of our enemies and do not shut us up into the hand of the enemy in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy and rejoice with you all. For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me". Philippians 2:8-18 Father, we plead in Your name for You to empower us to be among those who You will shine as lights in the world to hold forth the word of life; Grant that we "do all things without murmurings and disputings" in Your House. Declare more glory into our lives when You bring us alive to into a new day, and let us celebrate the day with Your thoughts in our hearts. Working and walking only under Your statutes' dictates with honour to Your Holy name and thanksgiving in our hearts. Also, move us away from the complaining camps and all sins capable of truncating our dreams and destinies that You might be blameless when it comes to judgement Day.  Also, render our attributes before You harmless to things of the Spirit and let those who are called sons and daughters of God be without rebuke in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation that they may rejoice in the day of Christ so that we do not have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain in our Kingdom errands in Jesus name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence.

Checking into God's Presence...  But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort when I know your state, for I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's. But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel. Him, therefore, I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me. But I trust in the Lord that I also myself shall come shortly.   Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants. For he longed after you all and was full of heaviness because that ye had heard that he had been sick. For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow. I sent him, therefore, the more carefully, that, when ye see him again, ye may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful. Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness; and hold such in reputation: Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me." Philippians 2: 19-30 It is so true that we seek through our own desires and not the things which are Jesus Christ's. We also know and have the proof of Him as a Son who now resides with His father; as well only through Christ we can all submit our plea even though God oftentimes chooses to serve His warnings; mainly from the instructions coming from the Holy Bible and those who have decided to preach the gospel of Christ.  Consequently, I pray to Almighty God to dispatch His Angels and command them to roll away every stumbling block to our progress and in seeking the righteousness of Christ. Let the Angels pour rain of abundance, of goodness, of favour and mercy upon every aspect of our lives. I also pray for the miracle that will wipe away all tears and reverse the irreversible and the testimonies that will make us burst into laughter and start to dance. May we also receive breakthrough that will make our enemies accept and say the LORD has done great things for us in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... ”If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:” Philippians 2: 1-7 Know ye therefore that for those who worship the Lord, there is consolation in serving Him through Jesus Christ. Let me also assure you that there is immediate comfort of love, joy, peace, victory and breakthrough as we fellowship with God with the assurances given by the Holy Spirit. Therefore and “if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind” towards each other like Christ, Himself gave His soul to save humanity.  I pray for the double portion of God’s anointment that fell on Prophet Elijah to descend upon us and for God to increase us in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. May we walk and not faint as we begin to entrust our lives, our time, our future and all that pertain to us into the hands of God. God is the One who has absolute control over the universe: by His grace, He guided us from the past even up until now; may He continue to guide us as we live in the present and take everyone to our expected end be guaranteed a very bright future. We want God to use His word and His grace to build us up as we commend our lives into His able Hand. With riches in His name, may God give us victory over every device of the enemy and, with certainty, move us successfully into our glorious destiny. I pronounce for you to have faith, pray fervently, and constantly walk in obedience to God’s word and follow greatly whatever He commands you to do; for it is well with us in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence...  Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation. I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land. Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. Truth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.” Psalm 85: 7-13 Some will indeed say they will obey the Lord’s instruction and find themselves not to along the line. We, therefore, ask that You will show us Thy mercy, O Lord and grant us thy salvation. To enrich our ears to “hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people and to his saints”. We ask of Thee that You will not allow us to turn again into follies earmarked for children of perdition. I also ask God to increase our wisdom, knowledge and to make our understanding to be divine. May we walk and faint not, and every demonic decision made against our progress shall be overruled by the special grace of our Lord Almighty. The Lord will make us a pillar of support for the expansion of His Kingdom, and we shall continue to enjoy heavenly surplus and there will be leftovers for us to achieve our purpose in the Kingdom race. Irrespective of our location under the sun, our lives shall continue to manifest excellence in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  "And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night: He took not away from the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people. "Exodus 13:21 May the Lord go-ahead to lead and guide us in all situations so that we do not become stranded in the journeys of life. The presence of the Lord will abide with us to disgrace those who boast and stand like Goliath in the path of our lives. With Your authority, oh Lord, we cast and bind those whose mission is to target our household, ministry and finances, always for evil: they shall go back empty-handed. Kings shall from now locate us with their treasures, and I pray that at odd times may we continue to shine as noblemen begin to give us their best attention so that our glory can manifest. May we also seek and find, and our end shall be more significant than our beginning because when we call upon the Lord, He will surely answer. May His joy be our strength in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  "Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob. Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah. Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger. Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease. Wilt thou be angry with us forever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations? Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?" Psalm 85:1-6 Oh Lord our God, we beseech Thee to forgive the iniquity of Thy people and cover us with Your love to overwhelm the multitude of our sins. With Your Might, turn Thyself away from the fierceness of Thine anger and cause Thine anger toward us to cease permanently. Return to us, O God, of our salvation with the power of Your love, mercy and let Your healing power guarantee our blessings and grant us breakthrough. Give unto us the power of Your Holy Spirit so that every seed of hatred and wickedness planted to trouble our life and destiny shall wither and be uprooted completely. Also, establish in us Your discerning Spirit for us to choose between what is right and what is wrong always. Grant that we can follow through and always listen to the voice of God but not the one attributable to the noise of men.  Enrich us with the power that will create something out of nothing. Open ways for us miraculously and allow us to enter into your inheritance to possess the possessions that You have provided for Your loved ones in Jesus name. Checking into God's Presence... "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." Psalm 23: 1-6 Let the heavens open for our sake today so we can experience God's showers of blessings. I pray to God to give us the grace that will supply our needs according to our expectations. Let the heavens and the earth cooperate to release their blessings as we ask the Lord to satisfy our souls with His goodness and mercy that will put an end to all forms of struggle in our lives. May the land we dwell on be a source of blessing and yield her increase so we can eat the good of the land. And surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of my life: so we can dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever. Checking into God's Presence...  When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:   Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him; Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth, and my delights were with the sons of men. Now, therefore, hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways. Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord. But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his soul: all they that hate me love death." Proverbs 8: 28-36 Now, therefore, hearkens unto us O God: for blessed are they that keep Thy ways. We want to hear Your instruction and be wise; empower us not to refuse it because Thou proclaims, "Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord." Instead of demotion O God, let us start to enjoy Your promotions. With the righteousness in Your Name, we plead that You will allow Your grace to remove us from the register of disgrace so our enemies can congratulate us in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence...  ”God is jealous, and the Lord revengeth; the Lord revengeth, and is furious; the Lord will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies. The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet. He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth. The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein. Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? His fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him. The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and he knoweth them that trust in him. But with an overrunning flood, he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies. What do ye imagine against the Lord? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.” Nahum 1: 2-9 Today I want to ask this same question posed in Nahum 1: 9, which say: “what do ye imagine against the Lord? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time”. So what do ye imagine against the Lord concerning your fears, doubts, insecurity and all other forms of challenges? Remember, “the Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.” Therefore, can you trust God with your doubts? Would you trade your waywardness with the value of God’s grace? What about following God’s injunctions, no matter what? Be aware that no one can stand before the Lord’s anger; no one can abide in the fierceness of His wrath. God’s fury can be like fire, rocks thrown for the mountains quake at him.  His presence melts the hills while the earth can burn. Let the world and all that dwell therein magnify the Name of the Lord.  Empower us, oh Lord, to be able to submit our plans, fears, doubts and everything that surrounds our lives into the care of Your love, just for You to give rest to our souls in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence... “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 “But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.   Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:  And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable”. 1 Corinthians 15:13-19. And for this reason, men should not be afraid to die. The same notion was expressed in Isaiah 57:1-2, and this states: “The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness.” Therefore, please take courage, for “if we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.” Romans 14:8. However, when we live, “render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour. Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.” Romans 13:7-8. For “to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Philippians 1:21. Father, by Your grace, You kept us alive so we can enjoy another Easter celebration; I declare through the gospel we have received to receive the empowerment to stand upon the promise of the power of resurrection and save us on the last day of judgement. Keep in us a clean heart, oh Lord and let us remember Your statutes. Also, keep in our memories what we have learnt through the preaching and hearing of Your Word. From the grace we received owing to the power of resurrection, do not call us and believe in Your Holy Name in vain. After this Easter celebration: we pray for the covenant surrounding the joy of the resurrection to manifest in our lives and give us surprise packages that will change our status for good. For Heaven sake: do not allow us to labour in vain anymore in Jesus name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking in into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... "And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great. And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you. And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they anything to any man; for they were afraid. Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils." Mark 16:1-9 Where can we take the story of Christ death and resurrection during this Easter Monday? It's really up to us now because Christ death and His rise from the position of death is not the end of the story. Either way, each person has to complete the story if we have taken on board the Holy Week's basic lessons and chosen to abide by them all. We cannot tame Jesus requests for our wellbeing in spirituality to suit our canal purposes; instead, we must each spend our lives chasing Christ and following where He leads. Therefore, the Easter period should serve as the eternal story of Christ, and the story continues with the value of each day we are made to be alive by God, and we must spend them partnering with Him as one of His scriptwriters. If Christ tarries, we will be here next year to celebrate Galilee, where the story of Christ life, death and crucifixion will unfold again. But have you applied the lessons learnt from the previous year differently?   If our lives have not been different from what they used to be, then we haven't got Christ story at all. Then we need to go back to the beginning to see what fresh insights God wants to give to us. I pray we shall, by His grace, keep moving with the desire to chase Jesus, trying as much as possible to catch up with Him and His dictates so we can experience His grace in our lives. May we also have a deepened knowledge of Him to make us receive the blessings of resurrection in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

4th April 2021

Checking into God's Presence... Easter Sunday preaches the extraordinary nature of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Day throughout the world is recognised as a Christian holiday that celebrates the belief in Jesus Christ's resurrection. The event is said to have occurred three days after the Romans crucified Jesus, and He died. The Day, therefore, offers Christ's resurrection, following his crucifixion on what is known as Good Friday. Since then, it has become a time of rejoicing and rebirth, where Christ must rise from the position of death to give hope to humanity. Those who believe in His death and resurrection can form and also have a perfect relationship with God the Father. Apostle John in John chapter 20: 1-10 gave a clear account of the whole event- "The first DayDay of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. Peter, therefore, went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. Then the disciples went away again unto their own home." John 20:1-10 We are now celebrating another anniversary of Jesus' resurrection and His ascension to heaven. Let us remember that by observing the Holy Week as Christians, we must have learnt a lot about faith, hope, the power of resurrection and the relief the notion brings to humanity. Therefore Christians must always believe that Christ rose from the dead to bring eternal life to His followers. "Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so, send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:" John 20:21-22. This Easter, may we receive the Holy Spirit as our portion. I also pray against all attributes sponsoring us into difficult situations before God to be cast out. May the arrow that spreads bitterness, shame, illnesses, death and lack of accomplishment be humiliated for Christ has risen. Happy Easter to you all, and may the history of Christ resurrection today brings, joy, comfort, peace, long life, good health and God’s abundant riches in Jesus Mighty Name.Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence… Beloved in Christ, we cannot deny the fact that Christ had died and He died for the wrong reasons. Two thousand years ago, many would now come to regret they have killed the Saviour to humanity. He died for our sins so we can be reconnected with the grace of God and be dead from sins. But "what shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so, we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall also be in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now, if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise, reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God." Romans 6:1-13 I charge you today for time waits for no one to be alive unto God and His instructions through the death of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. We must not allow sin to reign in our mortal bodies anymore for the same reason Christ had already died. Neither should you let your members obey the flesh's lusts that always act as instruments of unrighteousness leading unto sin. Instead, I plead with you to submit yourselves unto God and His commandments "as those that are alive from the dead and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God." I pray for the righteousness of God to redeem us from all patterns leading to sinful paths and make our bodies to be dead to sins so we can be alive in Christ in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

2nd April 2021

Checking into God's Presence… It is another Good Friday, an unforgettable day for all Christians who have chosen the Day to commemorate Jesus Christ's crucifixion. The Day is usually observed during the Holy Week on a Friday proceeding the Easter Sunday. The Bible records it was during this occasion that the son of God was spat at, bruised through flogging and ordered to carry the cross on which he would eventually be crucified and then put to death. So why is it called Good Friday?  In Isaiah 53:1-12, Prophet Isaiah already forewarned about how the love for Christ will grow cold among those He came to deliver. Christ performed miracles among His brethren, disciples, the Pharisees, the Sadducees and the Children of God at the time before His crucifixion. Like healing the sick, feeding the hungry, turning water to wine and preaching and sustaining love in every circumstance. But on that faithful Friday, He was captured, mutilated, humiliated and crucified. The warning goes:" Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes, we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way, and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." Isaiah 53:1-5. Therefore, what's so good about Good Friday? Undeniably, it is possible to put forward some underlying lessons about the Day. Apart from the overwhelming theme of Love from Christ to the world, the study shows that: 1. Emotional suffering is part of life; 2. Suffering is not the result of sin. 3. Jesus is fully human; 4. Suffering is not the last word, and 5. Physical suffering is part of life. “Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities." Isaiah 53:10-11. I pray for Good Friday's true purpose to come to manifestation upon our lives in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...
