Testimony Time:-A preacher once preached about the 3C,s affecting the Kingdom Race. He summed them up into competition, comparison and confrontation. If we put them all together we will discover they all form the basis for every confusion in the modern day Christian practice. When in operation, they clearly define and also separates what looks like a nominal Christian to a genuine one. As a result, there may be major disconnection between the experience we share in the presence of the Lord and the expectations of the Grace we stand to receive from Him. Those who call themselves Christians must first learn how to love God so that He too can also love them in return. And for God to genuinely love us, we must first love one another. Eschewing any traits that bring about unhealthy competition, comparison and confrontation which undoubtedly will override any confusion within the Christendom. In that, "in this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another"- 1 John 4:9-11 Any steps taken out of the context of the above principles of God negates the perfection of the function of His grace. By so doing, such Christian would have mortgaged his/her future; albeit unknowingly to the values of unnecessary lustful and selfish desires. Father we have come again, give us the ability to be able to surrender the flesh in us for the purpose of the Spirit in You so that we can be able to share in Your daily Grace.
