Checking into God's Presence...  Again, Christmas Season is that time of the year that those who genuinely love God must learn to rededicate themselves to Him. That means they must learn to put God first and trust Him in all their affairs. If their hearts are, however, occupied with one thing, it should be to bear the reflection and the enthusiastic eagerness to love and trust God. As well, such expectation(s) should not go beyond one day at a time. So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."- Matthew 6:31-34. “For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ" -2 Peter 1:5-8. Therefore, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 And, as we celebrate this season, may Jesus be formed in us and the joy of this season never depart from our lives.
