Checking into God's Presence... "And he said, Thus saith the Lord, Make this valley full of ditches. For thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts. And this is but a light thing in the sight of the Lord: he will deliver the Moabites also into your hand." 2 Kings 3:16-18 On this first day in the month of February, and as we look forward to celebrate many more in Jesus Name; we beseech Thee oh Lord through Your Holy Name to allow our valleys filled with water and make us drink in abundance; so we surfer no more. From now onwards, let all hurdles standing before our destiny be dismantled at the mention of Your Name. We also plead by the Blood of the Lamb to remove all indelible stigmas capable of destroying our faith, hope, trust and believe in Your Name. And through Your name oh Lord; raise helpers for us in the areas where we surfer lacks, and grant that we experience perpetual peace, joy, good health, and breakthrough where we currently enjoy tribulations. Above all, let Songs of Victory reverberates in our mouths for Your protection upon our children and the gift of their endowment. Checking into God's Presence...  "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[i] have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.  And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Romans 8: 26-31 Without any doubt, the flesh will stand before the Children of God in the form of weakness and may overcome their daily routine. “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God". We can always dictate through the Spirit of God the form we want our flesh to operate. It means "in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[i] have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.  And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us who can be against us?" Surprisingly; it is the end of the first month in a brand New Year, and so I pray that God who owns the world through the power of His creation will begin His journey with us from now on. Through His grace, He will disallow all fleshy thoughts from overriding His true Spirit in us. The Spirit will lighten our paths and establish His good ideas so we can begin to excel. May His favour go before us and allow His Hands to uphold us. With God's grace, doors of happiness, peace and progress will begin to open for everyone in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... It is almost real that praise makes good men perform better in their services to humanity. Men can always be appointed and or anointed to occupy plum and lucrative positions in society or any house of God. Arguably, the same praise and honour accorded and or bestowed on any man have seen many of them display below par in their duties and attributes. In the story of creation, Lucifer occupied a very prominent position in heaven. He was the morning star; but in Isaiah 14:12-14, the prophet Isaiah described how Satan's fell from grace to grass. His bid was to ascend above the clouds' heights and offer himself to be like the Most High God. “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weakens the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven; I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will also sit upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High." In retrospect, God may have appointed you as His vessel; prophet, Shepherd, Pastor and behold: He claimed to have given us "power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and overall the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you". Luke 10:19 But does that equate us with God? Equally, you may have been assigned, appointed or anointed into a prominent position in the society of the household of a God. Beyond that, what has become of your status? A measure up with your leader? What freedom do you now enjoy? Could it be such that builds or destroys? Remember, God doesn't love us because of who we are. God loves us pretty much because of who He is, and nothing can change that. We must humble ourselves and stop playing "God" in any position we may likely find ourselves. Our Father who art in heaven; hallowed be Thy name; we plead through Your love for humanity to give us the spirit that will remove pride, arrogance, hatred and jealousy away from us. Checking into God's Presence... Who speaks the truth? "The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart; whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbour, and casts no slur on others". Psalm 15:2-3. To know the truth, therefore; you won't follow the pattern of those who believe in one story. You won't see yourself as the perfect person on earth. You won't lie, cheat, assume, suspect, hate, condemn, or judge other people's ideas in favour of your own. You won't try to control other people's thoughts or attempt to control their speaking mode until they begin to sing your song. You won't brag; more to condemn other people's achievements or put out other people's light so that yours can start to shine.   Dear Children of God, "let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth" (1 John 3:18). For "if we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth" Christ expects from us. 1 John 1:6 Let us have the addiction to speak the word of God in truth, with no patronage, no eye service and with no expectation of what to receive or gain from such practice. It must also not be on the gift we have received; instead, if we must speak, it should be in the knowledge of "truth in love. The result is "we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ" Ephesians 4:15. Please note; in you; Christ has deposited a significant gift which everyone can explore. No two people are ever the same; not even when they were born as the most identical twins in the world. There will always be that individual differences; to say the least. “Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Saviour, and my hope is in you all day long" Psalm 25:5. Your word claims: "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth." 3 John 1:4. Give us, therefore, oh Lord the power to love each other truthfully; to abhor hatred and refused to be recruited as mules to hate those created in Your image in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... Do you trust God enough and how well do you serve, honour and worship Him? How do you relate with others? Do you feign forgiveness and practice hatred? Besides; do you inherit other people's enemies for no just cause? What value do you place on prayers, worship and serving in the house of God? Know that our life in this world is a temporary gift from God and time. And in all of this; time itself is time, and God is the only Super Being that lives outside time; give your life unto Him, so He can become your refuge before it is too late. In Psalm 46:1-11, David proclaims the Supremacy of our Jehovah God and says: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we shall not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. There is a river; the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Checking into God's Presence... It is another morning, and we are still counting: only by the special grace of God. However, where lays your hope in all of your countings? Are they based on things you already procured or on those you are expecting to have? Do you feel deprived by assumptions, cheating, lying, misunderstanding, and distrust due to genuine prophesies? In Romans 8:18-25, Apostle Paul entreated on what can give the children of God eternal glory whilst still living in this world. It says: "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that[h] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into it the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently". As we enjoy another grace to be alive today, l encourage you all to put these wordings by Apostle Paul into perspective: "hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently". Empower us oh Lord to receive strange favour ordained by Your Holy Spirit today, and let every angle we turn to favour us. In Your faithfulness, allow Your divine favour to open doors for us in high places. Where others are being denied, maltreated and misled, let Your eternal acceptance embrace us. Decree that the benefits accrued from our labours of many years are not in vain, and let them be delivered back to us today. We plead through Your Name to remove scars, failures and sickness of any nature. Where others have been stopped, delayed, removed and or subjected to ridicule; Your favour oh Lord will move us forward and link us to the position worthy of Your glory. l, also decree today that we will go and begin to enjoy with patience a better relationship with God in the "hope that[h] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay, and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God."  And may such glory fortify our faith in Jesus' Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  "Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour; To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour". Titus 1:1-4 It is so true that we are not perfect, and yet we all desire perfection. We often tell lies, and we are very quick to condemn those who are untruthful in their ways. Unless we close our minds to all fleshy thoughts, our minds cannot be ready to receive any help from the Holy Spirit. Very clearly, there must be a willingness to support our level of faith in God's service with great strength shown through the story of our commitment when it comes to spiritual matters. We have to remember the admonition of Apostle Paul in Romans 13:11-14 which states- "And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us, therefore, cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof". Awaken us, oh Lord, quicken our spirit to the wonders of Your salvation. Let the wonders of Your creation open up your work's reality in our lives and set us away from dealing with anything that fails to bear your emblem. Show us Your Might to the fullest, and through us and in accordance "to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began".  Therefore, and in the run-up to the end of the first month in the year 2021, we pray that You will pronounce these blessings upon us in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Checking into God's Presence...  "He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one! Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: "For your sake, we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." [j]No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[k] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord". Romans 8: 32-39 The Scriptures declared His words, stating "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[k] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord". Fellow-Soldiers of Salvation I want to decree that heavens will not only support but also surprise us through the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. All those waiting to hear bad news from our camp will begin to celebrate our victory. Despite the hardship in the land, we shall be a source of blessings to others, and the fruitful desires in our hearts will come speedily. From this New Week forward: God's joy and blessings will never depart from our household, and the Lord shall begin to direct our footsteps. I also declare prophetically that never like before, men and women will compete to bless us by the special grace of God from the four corners of the world in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality. For to their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power, they were willing of themselves; Praying us with much in treaty that we would receive the gift, and take upon us the fellowship of the ministering to the saints. And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord and unto us by the will of God. Insomuch that we desired Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also finish in you the same grace also. Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also". 2 Corinthians 8: 2-7 Father: empower us to abound in everything as declared in Your Holy Book through faith. Let our utterances be guided and stipulated by the knowledge of who You are to us.  We pray in Your name that You will establish good thoughts in us and with due diligence, we will love our neighbours as we love ourselves; following Your commandments. Ensure we submit ourselves to Your Statutes, and unto us by Your will of God, that as we have begun blameless like a little child, so we would finish in Your Name and by the same grace also. Therefore, empower us oh Lord to abound in everything, through faith, and in utterances. And, with knowledge, full diligence, care and with Your love, make us that we abound in Your grace also. Now, let Your favour go before us, and allow Your Mighty Hand to uphold, and guide us through the open doors of breakthrough to Your everlasting blessings in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into His Presence… “And sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield fruits of increase. He blesseth them also so that they are multiplied greatly, and suffereth not their cattle to decrease. Again, they are minished and brought low through oppression, affliction, and sorrow. He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no way. Yet setteth he the poor on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock. The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth. Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the Lord.” Psalm 107:37-43 Today, may our valley becomes filled with water, and God will “sow the fields and plant vineyards which may yield fruits of increase”. The mountain before us shall be levelled “so that they are multiplied greatly; and suffereth not their cattle to decrease”. The raging storm shall be still, and the streams of bitterness shall dry for the poor to be “on high from affliction and maketh him families like a flock. The righteous shall see it and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth. Whoso is wise and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the Lord”.  The Lord will also nullify any scourge of afflictions in our lives, and water will begin to spring forth from the springs of our lives. God will make ways for us in every hopeless situation, including every wilderness of life, and the clouds of all uncertainties shall vanish and no longer prevail upon us. And by the special grace of the Almighty God, and during this outgoing month of January 2021, things will begin to work in our favour and we shall continue to experience the outpouring of the love of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  “They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble. They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit's end. Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. He maketh the storm a calm so that the waves thereof are still. Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven. Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders. He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and the water-springs into dry ground; A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein. He turneth the wilderness into a standing water and dry ground into water springs. And there he maketh the hungry to dwell, that they may prepare a city for habitation;" Psalm 107:26-36 From today; may the Almighty God journey with us to lighten our paths. And when we cry unto Him in trouble, the Lord will bring us out of our distresses, calm the storm and make the waves thereof become still permanently. The Lord will gladden our hearts, allow our enemies to be quiet, and also bring us all to our desired haven.  This New Year, may the grace of the Almighty God turn our wilderness into a standing water, and the dry grounds into water springs. There, and by His power, He will make the hungry, and those with no hope to dwell, that they may prepare a city for themselves, and possess them as their habitations. For the people, therefore, shall be emboldened to exalt Him in the congregation of His people, and also praise God in the assembly of the elders in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... For he hath broken the gates of brass and cut the bars of iron in sunder. Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted. Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death. Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses. He sent his word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing. They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters; These see the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the deep. For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof." Psalm 107: 16-25 Let me introduce you to the ladder of 21st January in the Year 2021. And I, want to encourage you to believe that God "hath broken the gates of brass and cut the bars of iron in sunder. And if you cry unto the Lord with your troubles, He is ready to save you out of your distresses. In that God "sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness and for his wonderful works to the children of men! And let men, therefore, sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare His works with rejoicing. They that go down to the sea in ships that do business in great waters; These see the works of the Lord, and his wonders in the deep. For he commandeth and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof." Let these blessings locate us today and release the oil of distinction upon the works of our hands. Checking into God's Presence... Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he satisfieth the longing soul and filleth the hungry soul with goodness. Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron; Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High: Therefore he brought down their heart with labour; they fell down, and there was none to help. Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder. Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!" Psalm 107:8-15 Men should always realise that life itself is in three phases represented by the past, the present and the future. Amid these phases, Christians will surely go through torrent of heightened emotions which can either affect their life, positively and or negatively. In all of these emotions, there is that notion which suggests life is under no obligation to give us what we want. And frequently, our aims, pursuits, needs and fulfillments do so contrary run. Hence, behind every smile, the people of God must also be prepared to endure some amount of pain, when and if the need arises. The Christian faith should not be overwhelmed at any point, with any lukewarm of acceptance. And, “Oh, that men would praise the Lord for his goodness and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he satisfieth the longing soul and filleth the hungry soul with goodness." May God Almighty forgive our past, perfect our present and make our future led under the path of His righteousness. May we be successful while we pray and also look unto Him, as the Eternal Director of the affairs of men. For, God can allow our stewardship to be remarkable in His presence, as we journey through different facets of life. May He therefore, empower, and make us grateful to Him in times of ease, patient in times of hardship, and continue to hope in the power associated with His Name. Checking into God's Presence... "O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy; And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south. They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in. Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses. And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation." Psalm 107:1-7 Who are that man, woman, power or powers holding your blessings, testimony and your destiny? Who is that "Philistine" that says it shall not be well with you? Who is that Herod that is after your life and that of your innocent family members? Are your finances, businesses and the works of your hands being attacked by the principalities of this world? And who is that Pharaoh that says he will not let you go? Today and by the mandate of heaven, I decree and declare that the earth and the sky shall release us from their stronghold so we can enjoy supernatural breakthroughs. From now on, we shall be able to "give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever". Checking into God's Presence... "I speak not by commandment, but by occasion of the forwardness of others, and to prove the sincerity of your love. For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. And herein I give my advice: for this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do, but also to be forward a year ago. Now, therefore, perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have. For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened: But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be equality". 2 Corinthians 8:8-14 Beloved, do you know that a genuine relationship with Christ stems from an authentic character to maintain the will and the ordinances of our Lord? That means there must always be genuine readiness to perform the will of God out of the varying degree of the numerous temptations which Satan uses, and these can override the flesh of any adamant Christian. True worship will always be a matter for the heart and not those derived from the muscles, strength, works, positions and or any unfit sacrifices. In Isaiah 1: 11-14, we also learnt: “To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats. When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts? Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them". Checking into God's Presence...  "In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion. Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me. Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress. Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth. By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee. I am as a wonder unto many, but thou art my strong refuge. Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day." Psalm 71:1-8 For our glory to shine and more by this time next year, Father, we plead for You to assign Your angels to make us ascend into a new realm of glory, peace, joy and phenomenal achievement. Let there be a breakthrough for us in heaven so that our testimonies can manifest for the world to see. Let every pit of bondage, hatred, redundancies, illnesses, lack of love, and forgiveness taken over our lives be dispelled by the fire of our Lord Almighty.  We pray that You will let this atmosphere fill with the power of the Holy Spirit, and allow Your mercy to guarantee love and breathes unity amongst us. Checking into God's Presence... "As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack. But thanks are to God, which put the same earnest care into the heart of Titus for you. For indeed he accepted the exhortation; but being more forward, of his own accord, he went unto you. And we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the churches; And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and declaration of your ready mind: Avoiding this, that no man should blame us in this abundance which is administered by us: Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord but also in the sight of men". 2 Corinthians 8:15-21 Just how much have you gathered in your knowledge of Christ Kingdom? Do you possibly understand why messages' concerning His Kingdom has to be repeated day in day out? In these entire messages; have you in any way accepted the exhortation of God's principles? Checking into God's Presence...  I present to you the same month celebrated as new some fourteen days ago; now it is on the halfway mark, and so this New Year will ultimately follow the same pattern. The critical question is: have you started to transgress and move away from the instructions of God, and your New Year resolutions? I want to remind you how the people of Nineveh abandoned the ways of their transgression and received forgiveness from God. They accepted the words of God brought to them through Prophet Jonah in the Book of Jonah chapter 3: 1-10. And it states: "and the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying, Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey. And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried and said Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.  For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything: let them not feed, nor drink water: But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands. Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger that we perish not?  And God saw their works that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not." I decree that we will receive such mercy from God today, and He will forgive and forget our transgressions. I also commit every one into the capable hands of our Lord Almighty: to guide, protect and pilot us in the right direction. May God keep, bless and cause His face to shine upon us as we move deeper into the New Year. The Lord God will save and remove us from any disaster, and all things shall work for our good from today and forever. We shall by His Grace, made free from all negative influences of this world. And every counsel of the wicked upon our lives is at this moment cancelled through God’s special grace. Therefore, I encourage everyone to arise and step into the riches of the Abrahamic covenant, and begin to dominate your environment in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Checking into God's Presence...  What can God not do? In Jonah 1:17 God made the whale not only to accommodate Jonah but also to transport him free of charge back to dry land-"Now the Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights." Jonah 2:1-10 clearly shows the penitence in Jonah's new desire to walk and work under God's directives. It states: "Then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly, And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the Lord, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice. For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.  Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight, yet I will look again toward thy holy temple. The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head. I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me forever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O Lord my God.  When my soul fainted within me, I remembered the Lord: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple. They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy. But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord. And the Lord spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land." By the same reasons, we pray unto You Merciful God of the universe to allow Your strength to destroy any moment of death in our lives. With Your power, You allowed the fish to accommodate and act as a means of transportation for Jonah, while You always oversee the rising of the sun and the moon. We beseech You, therefore, to restore what the enemies had taken from us. Come with Your glory and grant us mercy in all our endeavours. Pronounce greatness into our lives and fill us with Your Holy Spirit from all directions. Look down from Heaven and make us an everlasting gift for Your Kingdom. And with Your love; give us the strength to allow others to share from the inheritance acquired through Your Holy Name in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen. Checking into God's Presence... "And we have sent with them our brother, whom we have oftentimes proved diligent in many things, but now much more diligent, upon the great confidence which I have in you. Whether any do enquire of Titus, he is my partner and fellow helper concerning you: or our brethren be enquired of, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory of Christ. Wherefore shew ye to them and before the churches the proof of your love and of our boasting on your behalf." 2 Corinthians 8:22-24. Just how much of God's love do you possess? Do you show this love to everyone, and do such exist before all the churches? The reality of love, including our boasting in the love of Christ Jesus, has to be concrete. For such love will always bring to manifestation the spirit of error and that of the truth. Apostle John affirms in 1 John 4: 6-8 that "we are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Now know we the spirit of truth, and the nature of the error. Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God, and every one that loveth is born of God and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. Therefore, "come ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord. What man is he that desireth life and loveth many days that he may see good?" (Psalm 34: 11-12). There are genuine options in life that run contrary to the will of our Lord Jesus Christ. They can be inviting, and yet be very dangerous, and those who answer to God's Name will continuously live in the path that leads to destruction: away from the direction of the fear of the Lord. Therefore, genuine Christians ought to pass their knowledge to those who dither in their journey of faith. They must endeavour to build, guide them through the fear and the knowledge they have acquired in the Christendom. With Your permission the stars do burn brightly, volcanoes erupt, hurricane blows and different kinds of storm arise on the sea, oh Lord. Besides, You have the power to measure the distance between each of our breath. We, therefore, plead unto Your Holy Name to hearken unto our prayers today. Teach us to fear, and honour Your commandments. Empower us to gain from Thee the faithfulness in Your Name in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence...  It is another Tuesday (tagged Victory Day) and the second of its kind in a brand new year; therefore "arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side. Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee." Amen Isaiah 60:1-5 Remember, the harvest of God is nigh; but is it today or tomorrow? I encourage you not to wait for the realisation because the tomorrow we eagerly await may never come. Therefore, serve the Lord armed diligently with His purpose, and He will comfort you.  Know these for sure: If the red sea could open up for Moses and the Israelites with the touch of his rod and the stretch of his hand in Exodus 14:16- ("But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea") and the sun and Moon can stand still for Joshua in Joshua 10:12-13: “Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the Moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies.  Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day"). Do you also know that a fish produced money to avoid Peter and Jesus Christ from been embarrassed in Matthew 17:27? It states that "Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast a hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee." Then l pray, that the same GOD who made all those mentioned above possible; will, in the same manner, give order to all the works of nature to arise and give us all necessary support for our advancement today and forever. Checking into God's Presence... For as long as the night will roll into a new dawn, there will always be a day to celebrate those who the Lord decides to keep. However, we must note that there is something unique about the Lord we serve. God is full of surprises to those who wait patiently for His promises, and Isaiah 30:18-19 confirmed this assertion. It states- "And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him. For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee." Are you in a rush? Do you question the abilities of God, and or have you been considered a no-hoper or a dead duck? Please note, with God, there are no limitations, and often He comes in different guises to confuse the enemies of this world so our stories can change, just like that of Joseph in Genesis chapter 37. May God remove all limitations that may be strangulating our destinies in the journey of life and make us weep no more. With His mercy, He will be gracious unto us and listens to the voice of our cries. And when He hears, He will answer, and allow us experience the fullness of His Might in Jesus Name. Checking into God's Presence...  "Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the Lord.  And many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto thee. And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again. Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation." Zechariah 2:10-13 We pray today, oh Lord, that you will make our family full of good health and never allow them to be taken ill for any reason. Give us Children that will be joined to the righteousness in Your Name and shape us with the divine spirit ready to forgive and love our brothers. Let our season of shining dawn our era of radiance and let them begin to manifest from now on oh Lord. We also pray You will prevent us from dwelling in the dust of defeat and never allow us to wallow in the gutters of shame! Today, let us be destined for the mountain of distinction, and head towards the summit where the shining stars reside in Christ Presence. Empower us oh Lord to become the light of the world, and like a city built on a hill which cannot be in hiding in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "For I, saith the Lord will be unto her a wall of fire round about and will be the glory in the midst of her. Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the Lord: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the Lord. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me." Zechariah 2:5-9 This new year, may the will of God build around us walls of fire so that our glory will continue to shine amid any tribulation. I pray for His strength to guarantee our threshold with incredible growth and with His Holy Spirit give us the privilege to run our race in every pursuit with joy and without the travails of life. May we go henceforth to receive His riches from the land in the north, south, West and East of the world. Checking into God's Presence...  "Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken. But there the glorious Lord will be unto us a place of broad rivers and streams; wherein shall go no galley with oars, neither shall gallant ship pass thereby. For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us. Thy tacklings are loosed; they could not well strengthen their mast, they could not spread the sail: then is the prey of a great spoil divided; the lame take the prey. And the inhabitant shall not say I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity". Ezekiel 33:20-24 What is your story? Please learn from the above and seek the Lord despite those painful circumstances. Hannah did; she had a turnaround. Joseph also had his share of this world's tribulations whilst in Egypt; and his testimonies confused his brethren, who sold him into slavery. When he introduced himself; they were astonished in Genesis 45:3-4 which states- "Then Joseph said to his brothers, "I am Joseph; does my father still live?" But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence. And Joseph said to his brothers, "Please come near to me." So they came near. Then he said: "I am Joseph, your brother, whom you sold into Egypt." What about you? Are you renouncing God because of some teething problems? Remember, it is not over until it is finally over. In this new year, l enjoy you to choose God and make Him your friend. He is more faithful than the physical friends of this world. Look upon our souls today, oh Lord and let Your eyes have compassion on us. We beseech You to redeem us from any distress capable of disturbing the faith we have in Your Holy name. Magnify our thoughts with your Holy Spirit and design our steps to seek after the righteousness in Your name. Let those who are called by Your Name declare: I am not sick and the people that seek after You says they have received forgiveness from their iniquities in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Use hospitality one to another without grudging.  As every man hath received the gift, even so, minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." 1 Peter 4:8-10 God is the Lord of the universe; in His majesty, He allows the rain to fall and the sun to shine upon every individual indiscriminately and irrespective of their conduct before men and God. Let me, therefore, ask this question; do you only see yourself in everything you do? In 1st Corinthians 12:17-20, Apostle Paul declares: "If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact, God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body. In like manner, 1 Peter 4: verses 8-10 focuses on Christians' need to use their talents to serve one another. Skills and or talents must fill the gaps needed by the organization to grow and continue to fulfil their potentials. As a result, all Christian must be prepared to forgive without reservations. They must be willing to show kindness, trust and be obedient in carrying out the dictates of God. All Christians should serve the Lord gladly in any department they find themselves within the prescribed organization. Duties are to be carried out without grumbling, complaint and disobedience of any kind, and no one should consider him/herself as necessary. Instead, each and everyone must practice what Paul echoed in Colossians 3:23 which states: "whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters," In this new year, I pray, therefore that above all things our charity shall cover the multitude of sins and our gates shall open continually for God's blessings. “They shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought. For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.  The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious. The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee; The city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.  Whereas thou has been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.  For brass, I will bring gold, and for iron, I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace and thine exactors righteousness. Checking into God's Presence... "Call unto me and l will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knoweth not." Jeremiah 33:3 What is the affliction the enemy is trying to bring into your life? What task at hand seems to overwhelm you? Today, I want to challenge you that you do not need to worry or fret if you regularly pray sincerely and fervently. But first, if there is any sin in your life, you must repent genuinely, worship God and ask the LORD to cleanse and create in you a clean heart. It is then that God can deliver and allow His glory to shine through you. You must always remember that Godly living includes living in peace and by worshipping God. Fearing God's name, upholding honesty and forgiveness are, among other things that one needs. Whoever cannot forgive lives in absolute darkness, Therefore, Christians must separate themselves from darkness due to lack of forgiveness. Prophet Isaiah admonishes that:-But there the glorious Lord will be unto us a place of broad rivers and streams; wherein shall go no galley with oars, neither shall gallant ship pass thereby. For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us. Thy tackling are loosed; they could not well strengthen their mast, they could not spread the sail: then is the prey of a great spoil divided; the lame take the prey. Isaiah 33:21-24 According to God's pattern, we have a simple work if we can follow His blueprint; but why is it common to write everyone off, save for ourselves? We now have entirely only a case of man inhumanity to man, where dog eats dog and man eat man because of our inability to forgive. So sad that the much-acclaimed simple subject of eternity is lost into the abyss forever. Whereas Job 1: 20-22 sounded the warnings:" Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell upon the ground, and worshipped, And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." Job 1:20. Listen to these; "You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked." (Revelation 3:17) This New Year, the Lord says:-"I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased, and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare". Ezekiel 16:7 Therefore, l say peace be unto you as we wake up to life to a brand new day in the Year 2021. May the blessing of God come upon us today and every day of our lives, as the Lord guides us through the journey of life. May the source of our blessings, joy and favour remain a mystery to our enemies, and every weapon fashioned against us shall not prosper. I also pray that the Almighty God will make us prosper in all endeavours, and we shall no longer be stranded in life, for it is well with us in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Checking into God's Presence... In this New year, are you still living in pains as a result of your past experiences? Are you continuously blinded by the thoughts of what the future holds? Are you drawn into the contemplation of what God can do, cannot do and or will not do? Today I challenge every individual not to align their thoughts upon the above assertions. Instead, follow Prophet Isaiah's instructions in Isaiah 55:3-5 which state: "Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live; And I will make an everlasting covenant with you— The sure mercies of David. Indeed I have given him as a witness to the people, A leader and commander for the people. Surely you shall call a nation you do not know, And nations who do not know you shall run to you, Because of the Lord your God, And the Holy One of Israel; For He has glorified you." Therefore, trust God and His report. God is real, and He is beyond any scientific theories, people and or positions in life.  We must not forget that what takes Christianity away from our supposedly religious practices is the inability to be truthful in all we do. How can we right the wrongs if the gap widens daily? We must know that our lacklustre attitudes are not from God. In that "God has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end." Ecclesiastes 3:11 As a result, and so that we do not wither away, we must always remember the divine exchange that took place on the cross; Christ needed to die so that those who believe and trust in Him can live and have a place in His eternal Kingdom. And so, and according to Apostle Paul" He must increase, but I must decrease. He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand". John 3:30-35 The word of the Lord is life to every human in Christ name; any other explanation would be a travesty. Checking into God's Presence... Anger is a form of the disease, and it is resident in every individual. Dealing with anger comes from how close you are to the instructions of God. Ephesians 4: 26-27 gave a clear indication of the mind of God concerning offence. "In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. Proverbs 29:11, too has something to say: "Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end." This year, what do you need to know so you can deal with anger, and without venturing into unnecessary retaliation? Christ espoused an intrinsic beauty bearing the hallmark of divine revelation on this subject in Matthew's book, chapter 18: verses 21-22. It states- "then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, until seventy times seven. What then are you known for when it comes to anger? Do you know you are in some forms of darkness if you delve in and out of anger and cannot forgive your neighbour? And what has offence taken away from you, and what value can you now place on forgiveness? Matthew 7: 20 states "by their fruits we shall know them". Therefore, we must separate ourselves from the darkness instituted due to anger and lack of forgiveness and allow ourselves to come into the light the light of God. In this new year, l therefore, prays that heaven shall take away anger and its tendencies from our vicinity through the grace of our Lord. And instead, God will grant us the ability to forgive our neighbours as and whenever we feel wronged. May the presence of God go with us this year, and allow His hand of love to comfort us with joy, peace, victory, riches, healing and long life so that God’s glory can shine supreme in our lives in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Checking into God's Presence...  The Bible declares in Proverbs 19:21 that "many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails". Christians must therefore bear in mind that all things can be lawful for them, but not all things are helpful. All things may be lawful; as well we must not allow ourselves to be enslaved by anything." In 1 Corinthians 6:13, Apostle Paul draws a remarkable distinction. - “You say, “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both.” The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. Hence, there are clear differences between thinking, dreaming and the actual living. Although the rationale behind the three are closely connected, but in the operational terms, the end results with regards to the three of them differs to a very large extent. This is so because when we consider them in relation to how men lead their lives and what the Bible says in accordance to the true intention of our Lord. Dreams will always elevate thoughts and vision; if pursued rightly they can bring remarkable turnaround in one’s life. Dreams and thoughts create intentions and Christians must know that what goes with them can offer direct consequences on the type of choice they make in their lives. As a result, and on the third day of January Year 2021, significant efforts must be used in the pursuit of our dreams and visions. These must be done with care, and by following on all biblical principles. Father, You gave us the power to choose: as a result, all things become lawful for us through dreams, thoughts and visions. We therefore pray that You will not allow us to be enslaved by any of the choices we are likely to make this New Year in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him". 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 Beloved in Christ: know that "old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ". Therefore and through the same Jesus Christ, I pray that the LORD will protect us around like a wall of fire this New Year. He will grant us victory; glory in all battles and challenges that may come our way as we pass along this beautiful year. In this New Year, God will allow the established beauty of the heavens and His creation to set upon us, and turn our hopes into realities. He will clothe our days with favour, mercy, joy, peace, victories, divine upliftment, and shine His radiant light upon us, all the days of our lives. His covenant will grant us long life, renew our strength, health and also empower us with virtues needed to face the challenges of our daily life. May He shield our family and us from every evil; and ensure we go out in peace, return home with sweet testimonies, and finish the year well and strong in all our endeavours in Jesus Mighty Name.
