Testimony Time Teasers Today:- Turning Point with David Jeremiah Back to Your Future—Back to the Drawing Board (in the spirit of Christmas and the year 2022) Then the LORD said to him: “Go, return on your way.” 1 Kings 19:15 The Bible is full of people who broke down in the Lord’s work. Jonah melted down in chapter 4 of his book. Jeremiah wandered around Jerusalem in near despair. John the Baptist questioned the Messiah. The apostle Paul went to Troas where a great door opened, but he was too anxious to launch a work there. And Elijah is a model for all of us who need to go back to the drawing board to rest and reprioritize our lives. Recommended Reading: 1 Kings 19:11-18 Elijah’s story is a model for us. In 1 Kings 19, the great prophet collapsed in exhaustion and fear. He fled to the desert and went all the way to Mount Sinai. He rested, slept, prayed, ate, and complained to the Lord about his traumas. God listened, patiently restored him, and sent him back on his way along the way he had come. The Lord re-commissioned his prophet with fresh assignments. Sometimes we need a break. We have to go back to the drawing board, reset ourselves physically, and reestablish our priorities. God has more work for us, so we mustn’t quit too soon. If you feel you’re near a collapse, don’t despair. The same God who helped Jonah, Jeremiah, John, Paul, and Elijah can help you too. All Elijah needed to get renewed for service was a fresh vision of the power and glory of God. Warren W. Wiersbe Read-Thru-the-Bible: Joel 1 – Amos 4 In this withering year, and as we look up to the year 2022, I pray for the mercy of the Lord to envelop and govern our paths to righteousness in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Tunes In the run up to Christmas:- Because "I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the Lord sustained me."-Psalm 3:5 Refrain: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases. Your mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning, new every morning: great is your faithfulness, O Lord, great is your faithfulness! 1. You, Lord, are my portion, says my soul; therefore I will hope in you. (Refrain) 2. You, Lord, are good to those who wait for you, to the soul that seeks you; it is good that we should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. (Refrain) 3. The Lord will not cast off forever, but will have compassion; for God does not willingly afflict or grieve the righteous ones. (Refrain) 4. So let us examine all our ways, and return to the Lord; let us lift up our hearts and hands to God in heaven. Testimony Time:-We all have inbuilt stigma of self righteousness oozing out of our minds either consciously or unconsciously. To a large extent, the degree of self righteousness in us tends to becloud our minds in a way that incapacitates the need to work on the challenges we are likely to face with imperfections. The Bible records in Ecclesiastes 7:20 that "there is not a righteous person on earth who always does good and never sins" and in Romans 3:23 - For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard." Why must men concentrate on other people's imperfection when their thoughts, ways and utterances are already defiled? "You, then, who teach others, do you not teach yourself? You who preach against stealing, do you steal? You who say that people should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? You who boast in the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law? Romans 2:21-23 "How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." Luke 6:24 Let us therefore concentrate on fulfilling the law so we can improve the relationship with our Maker. That way we will see less fault in each other and appreciate the statement-"there is not a righteous person on earth who always does good and never sins". And so I pray to God to help us. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Teasers Today:- A message worth sharing. Copied "Title and Grace. Saul has the title but David carried the grace, title ask for respects grace commands respect. Title look for purpose, grace fulfill purpose, title can be bought, grace is not for sale." The children of the prophets are waiting for title and Elisha got the Grace. Title is a servant to grace. Title kills, grace save. Title carriers can be vision less, grace carriers pursue vision. Pharaoh carry's title Joseph carry's grace." All title carriers are noise maker and could also be dream killer. Grace help to build and promote vision and also add value. Are you a title seeker?" God, please help us. Testimony Time Teasers Today:- Excellent message. Copied 1 ~ First Important Lesson ~ Cleaning Lady During my second month of college, our professor Gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student and had breezed through the questions until I read the last one: "What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?" Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the Cleaning woman several times. She was tall, Dark-haired and in her 50's, but how would I know her name? I handed in my paper, leaving the last question blank. Just before class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our quiz grade. "Absolutely, " said the professor.. "In your careers, you will meet many people. All are significant.. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do Is smile and say "hello.." I've never forgotten that lesson.. I also learned her Name was Dorothy. 2. - Second Important Lesson - Pickup in the Rain One night, at 11:30 p.m., an older African American Woman was standing on the side of an Alabama highway trying to endure a lashing rain storm. Her car had broken down and she desperately needed a ride. Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car. A young white man stopped to help her, generally unheard of in those conflict-filled 1960's. The man took her to safety, helped her get assistance and put her into a taxicab. She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a Giant console colour TV was delivered to his home. A special note was attached. It read: "Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway the other night. The rain drenched not only my clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along. Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying Husband's' bedside just before he passed away... God Bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving others." Sincerely, Mrs. Nat King Cole. 3 - Third Important Lesson - Always remember those who serve. In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less, a 10-year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him. "How much is an ice cream sundae?" he asked. "Fifty cents," replied the waitress. The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and studied the coins in it. "Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?" he inquired. By now more people were waiting for a table and the Waitress was growing impatient.. "Thirty-five cents," she brusquely replied. The little boy again counted his coins. "I'll have the plain ice cream," he said. The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on the table and walked away. The boy finished the ice cream, paid the cashier and left... When the waitress came back, she began to cry as she wiped down the table. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were two nickels and five pennies.. You see, he couldn't have the sundae, because he had to have enough left to leave her a tip. 4 - Fourth Important Lesson. - The obstacle in Our Path. In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a Roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the King's' wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it.. Many loudly blamed the King for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the stone out of the way. Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded. After the peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the King indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The peasant learned what many of us never understand! Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition. 5 - Fifth Important Lesson - Giving When it Counts... Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer at a hospital, I got to know a little girl named Liz who was suffering from a rare & serious disease. Her only chance of recovery appeared to be a blood transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had miraculously survived the same disease and had developed the antibodies needed to combat the illness. The doctor explained the situation to her little brother, and asked the little boy if he would be willing to give his blood to his sister. I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking a deep breath and saying, "Yes I'll do it if it will save her." As the transfusion progressed, he lay in bed next to his sister and smiled, as we all did, seeing the colour returning to her cheek. Then his face grew pale and his smile faded. He looked up at the doctor and asked with a trembling voice, "Will I start to die right away". Being young, the little boy had misunderstood the doctor; he thought he was going to have to give his sister all of his blood in order to save her. Now you have choices. 1 Delete this email, or 2. Forward it other people. I hope that you will choose No. 2 and remember. Most importantly.... ”Live with no regrets, Treat people the way you want to be treated, Work like you don’t need the money, Love like you’ve never been hurt, and Dance like you do when nobody’s watching.”; NOW more than ever - Please... Pass It On... You never know how or when you'll be paid! Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Teasers Today:- As shared by Pastor Toyin Dele Ojeleye: *GREAT LESSON INDEED*! Copied as posted Lesson from *Cristiano Ronaldo* - "I have to thank my friend *Albert Fantrau* for my success. We played together for a youth club. When people from Sporting arrived, they told us that whoever scored more goals would be accepted to their Academy". "We won that game 3-0, I scored the first goal, then Albert scored a header, and the third was a goal that impressed everyone. Albert went on one on one with the goal keeper. I was running next to him, he went round the keeper, all he needed to do was just to get the ball into the empty net. But, he passed it to me and I scored. I was accepted to the Academy. After the match, I approached him and asked him *“why”* and he answered; *“You’re better than me”*. Several years after, journalist went to Albert’s house, and asked whether the story was true. He confirmed it. He also said that his career as a football player finished after that match and he is now unemployed. “But where did you get such a gorgeous house, a car etc? You seemed to be a rich person. You also maintain your family…… where is all that from? Albert proudly replied; its all from Cristiano. *MORAL LESSON*: never forget the person who believed in you and gave a helping hand in life. Let us support each other to achieve and we would one day feel proud of lending a helping hand. Let Your love be infused into our hearts oh Lord and strengthen us to exhibit the same love to our neighbours. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Teasers Today:- COPIED A TRUE PRINCIPLE. A wise old man was sitting at the river bank when he saw a cat that had fallen into the water, flailing around, trying to save itself from drowning. The man decided to save the cat. He stretched his hand out but was scratched by the cat. He pulled his hand back in pain. However, a minute later he stretched his hand out again to save the cat, but it scratched him again, and again he pulled his hand back in pain. Another minute later he was again trying for the third time!! A man, who was nearby watching what was happening, yelled out: "O wise man, you have not learned your lesson the first time, nor the second time, and now you are trying to save the cat a third time?" The wise man paid no heed to that man's scolding, and kept on trying until he managed to save the cat. He then walked over to the man, and patted his shoulder saying: "My son.. it is in the cat's nature to scratch, and it is in my nature to love and have sympathy. Why do you want me to let the cat's nature overcome mine? My son, treat people according to your nature, not according to theirs, no matter what they are like and no matter how numerous are their actions that harm you and cause you pain sometimes. And do not pay heed to all the voices that loudly call out to you to leave behind your good qualities merely because the other party is not deserving of your noble actions. So never regret the moments you gave happiness to someone, even if that person did not deserve it. Jesus͵ for example, treated us according to his nature thats why there is an Easter..........be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Testimony Time Teasers Today:-Copied from another group; please read to the end. I am sure you will pick one lesson or two. She said, “Hi handsome. My name is Rose. I’m eighty-seven years old. Can I give you a hug?” I laughed and enthusiastically responded, “Of course you may!” and she gave me a giant squeeze. “Why are you in college at such a young, innocent age?” I asked. She jokingly replied, “I’m here to meet a rich husband, get married, and have a couple of kids…” “No seriously,” I asked. I was curious what may have motivated her to be taking on this challenge at her age. “I always dreamed of having a college education and now I’m getting one!” she told me. After class we walked to the student union building and shared a chocolate milkshake.We became instant friends. Every day for the next three months, we would leave class together and talk non-stop. I was always mesmerized listening to this “time machine” as she shared her wisdom and experience with me. Over the course of the year, Rose became a campus icon and she easily made friends wherever she went. She loved to dress up and she revelled in the attention bestowed upon her from the other students. She was living it up. At the end of the semester we invited Rose to speak at our football banquet. I’ll never forget what she taught us. She was introduced and stepped up to the podium. As she began to deliver her prepared speech, she dropped her three by five cards on the floor. Frustrated and a little embarrassed she leaned into the microphone and simply said, “I’m sorry I’m so jittery. I gave up beer for Lent and this whiskey is killing me! I’ll never get my speech back in order so let me just tell you what I know.” As we laughed she cleared her throat and began, “We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing. There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day. You’ve got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die. We have so many people walking around who are dead and don’t even know it! There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up. If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don’t do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old. If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight. Anybody can grow older. That doesn’t take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change. Have no regrets. The elderly usually don’t have regrets for what they did, but rather for things they did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.” She concluded her speech by courageously singing “The Rose.” She challenged each of us to study the lyrics and live them out in our daily lives. At the year’s end Rose finished the college degree she had begun all those years ago. One week after graduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep. Over two thousand college students attended her funeral in tribute to the wonderful woman who taught by example that it’s never too late to be all you can possibly be . When you finish reading this, please send this peaceful word of advice to your friends and family, they’ll really enjoy it! REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL. We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give Have a great life ahead...Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Teasers Today:-As shared by Brother Gboyega Adekanmbi (Pastor)*BATHSHEBA'S HARMLESS BATH* We usually pray, *Our Father who art in Heaven.....* *Hallowed be thy name....* . *"Lead us not into temptation "....* 'Bathsheba's Harmless Bath, I think we should pray to God not to lead others into temptation also. If temptation is not good for us, we should not lead others into it . Some persons blamed Bathsheba, some blamed David, why didn't he go to war? But come to think of it, What about Uriah? Yes Uriah, why would he bring his wife to an apartment whose bathroom has no roof? Some Uriahs are parents, when I see some ladies dressing I wonder whose children they are, perhaps their parents didn't see them before they left home. Some Siblings and some friends, they are the ones who talk you into buying those clothes that leave your body unclad and vulnerable. Some Facebook followers and friends bombarded your pictures with hundreds of likes and comments...... ' Sexy, Slayer..... and all that. You kept smiling at your phone and blushing as you read their comments.... Hmmmm. They are not helping you, they cannot take you home to their parents for blessing! If you fall into the category of Uriah. Watch it! Be responsible, Put a roof on your bathroom! So your Bathsheba can have a harmless bath. Parents..... Don't allow the World teach your children how to dress up....don't leave your bathroom uncovered! ' It is Trendy in America, France and wherever ' *You are not called to be an American Fashionistar* *You are a child of God (promise) You belong to the Lion Tribe! Husbands! Please put your wives under check. We know she is your wife, she can wear anything because you like it that way..... But don't raise eye brow if she was treated like a prostitute..... Under Uriah's nose, Bathsheba got pregnant with another man's child. Keep a roof over your bathroom. You have no idea if there is a man who is not at war or work strolling lazily around. Just because a woman's sensitive parts was revealed to David, he destroyed his home! *One would have thought Bathsheba's bath was a harmless one but look at the consequence* :- ==>>> David killed Uriah. ==>>> He was cursed. ==>>> Bathsheba lost her baby. ==>>> Amnon slept with Tamar his sister. ==>>> Absalom killed Amnon, overthrew David and slept with his father's wives. ==>>> War in David's house! Please, stop tempting others in the name of fashion! Stop showing us your breast and cleavages! You don't have to wear a crop top for us to know you are slayer..... If it is no big deal,wear clothes like that of a princess not a pauper. You cant afford it? then *Stop wearing expensive rags in the name of fashion/* Please! Some persons are running away from Bathsheba yet they have her pictures, wearing bikini on their phones " Brothers, What do you have on your phones? Pictures of naked celebrities? Phonographic Movies? On your Facebook page? Watch it! You cannot wear a long dress to beach, HABA, must you go to beach? Some persons are dealing with masturbation, they are trying to come out of it, some are walking away from fornication, don't drag them back there! *BeWarned!* Dear sister Be your brother's Keeper. Dear brother, cover the bathroom roof! *Resist the devil and he will flee!!! So shall it be in Jesus name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Teasers Today:-Copied Two fish were swimming when they saw a piece of meat dangling before them. The younger fish darted toward it with an open mouth. The older fish cried out. “Stop ! You can’t see it, but there is a hook inside that meat. It is connected by an invisible line to a pole outside the water. There is a man holding the pole. If you eat the meat, the hook will catch in your jaw and the man will pull you out of the water. He will cut you open with a knife, roast you on a fire and eat you. Then he will throw your remains to his cat .” The young fish stopped. The two of them swam away. But when the young fish was alone, he thought to himself, “Let me investigate for myself how accurate these claims are.” He went back to the meat, swam around it, above and below it. He swam as far as he could in widening circles around the meat. After a long search, he said to himself, "I’ve looked far and wide, and I haven’t found any sign of a man, a pole, a knife, a fire or a cat. In fact, I’ve found no trace of anything outside this water we live in. These must just be stories.” He went back to the meat and ate it. The hook caught in his jaw, he felt himself being yanked out of the water. He saw a pole, a man and a knife, but at that point his knowledge was useless. *MORAL:* So is the message of the Holy Bible. Some of it is beyond our comprehension. We will realize its reality only when death strikes. *MAY THE HOLY SPIRIT HELP US HEED TO THE TRUTH WHILE IT IS USEFUL TO US IN JESUS NAME. AMEN ! "But when he, the Spirit of truth,comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come."-John 16:13* Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... Do you trust God enough and how well do you serve, honour and worship Him? How do you relate with others? Do you feign forgiveness and practice hatred? Besides; do you inherit other people's enemies for no just cause?   What value do you place on prayers, worship and serving in the house of God? Know that our life in this world should is a temporary gift from God and time. And in all of this; time itself is time, and God is the only Super Being that lives outside time; give your life unto Him, so He can become your refuge before it is too late. In Psalm 46:1-11, David proclaims the Supremacy of our Jehovah God and says: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we shall not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. There is a river; the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.   Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk   Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... And the Lord said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. Thou shalt speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land. And I will harden Pharaoh's heart and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt. But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt and bring out the children of Israel from among them. And Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded them, so did they." Exodus 7: 1-6 Despite the worldly trouble faced by Moses from Pharaoh, Thou still declared him a god upon Pharaoh. May the power of Your Might keep us above our enemies. Let us continue to worship You In faith, trust, hope and also believe in the plans and the thoughts that You have for us as in Jeremiah 29:11 It states- "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." On this new day Father that You have prepared for us, "there be many that say, Who will shew us any good? Lord, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us". Psalm 4:6 "Thou hast put gladness in our hearts, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. We will all lie down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest us dwell in safety" Psalm 4:7-8 Therefore, let those who stand against us be in awe to the testimonies of our mouths. Teach us Your ways so we will sin no more. Make Your daily grace commune with our hearts even before we rise from our beds in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  John 4:24 declares-"God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth." But do you know the purpose of your creation, your expected end and when such will come on board? Without any doubt, there is a massive gain for those who genuinely believe in Christ; but do we all agree?  Hear this... By His Grace, you woke up today and His Grace can nurture you spiritually, His Grace can speak for you today. His Grace can walk with and also work for you today. His Grace can defend and fight for you today. His Grace can produce an uncommon miracle for you today. His Grace can make you be favoured today. His Grace can be all in all for you today. And His Grace can lift you today. His Grace can transform you today. His Grace can heal you today. His Grace can satisfy all your needs if you rest on His Word and without participating in any notion that operates under a Godless culture. It means without being purposeful in your worship and your relationship with God; you are nothing, and nothing can stand for you as gain in the Presence of our Lord Almighty.  May God teach us to value His grace, and with His love allow the Abrahamic covenant to come upon us now and always in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence…

Testimony Time Teasers Today:- What is life? Life very simply is the relationship between you and your neighbours and that can translate into many versions. At home- the Godly relationship between husbands and wives including their children. In the Society/Church/work place. the fear of God in you forming the basis of your daily dispensation of your duties as you relate with every individual- maintaining Godly relationship. Is like a toy held unto vehemently by a child that no one can take away from him or her. Not even his or her parents and the person who bought the item. What happens when the child sleeps? He or she loses the grip and the toy becomes anyone’s property. What is life? We can infer life to be like a beautiful flower that opens it’s bud in the morning for all to see but by evening time when the sun goes to sleep; it wilt and drop from it’s original position. And so it died. What is life? Life is like a sun that springs up and burns first slowly early in morning. Save for the incidence of any rain drop, it galvanises it strength to burn very brightly as the day progresses. But coming to the end of the day; the sun itself takes a bow for the glory of the moon to also shine. In all of these, I have come to realise that whatever has a beginning must surely have an end. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:” Death puts us in a position no one can envy because Envy breeds contempt and Allows the tendency to Pull him or her down If care is not taken, it can lead to murder. But no one can contest death. No one can emulate No one can suppress No one can hijack No one has the power to change. No one can demote, ostracise, humiliate, kill, lie against and or fight with death for when it is time, it is time and would ultimately put us at peace; for once!!! Therefore, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.” Colossians 3:16 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;” Ephesians 5:19 When I joined my church; the church play a prominent role in changing the world; by so doing we had true converts joining the fold. Eg the Alhajis, the Alhajas and Pastors including men of this world like Babalawos, herbalists and the likes of them. Life’s not measured by the amount of breadth we take but the amount of moments that takes our breadth away. So Peter was kept in prison, but *the church was earnestly (with sincere and intense conviction; seriously praying to God for him.* Acts 12: To understand LIFE, You have to think about three locations. (1) HOSPITAL (2) PRISON (3) CEMETERY ***********AT THE HOSPITAL ************** You will understand that nothing is more beautiful than HEALTH for HEALTH is WEALTH) ****************IN PRISON***************** You will know that freedom is the most PRECIOUS thing in LIFE. ************AT THE CEMETERY ************ You will realize that LIFE is worth nothing. The ground we walk on today will be our roof tomorrow. LET US THEREFORE REMAIN HUMBLE AND HAVE THE FEAR OF GOD AND RESPECT EVERYONE IN OUR SOCIETY. Life will never provide WARRANTIES and GUARANTEES. It can only provide POSSIBLITIE5 and OPPORTUNITIES. It is upon us to convert them into SUCCESS. May God continue to guide us with His grace and mercy in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into Gods Presence... Seeking and cultivating the Presence of God. 1 God moves in a mysterious way
his wonders to perform;
he plants his footsteps in the sea,
and rides upon the storm. 2 Deep in unfathomable mines of never-failing skill he treasures up his bright designs,
and works his sov'reign will. 3 Ye fearful saints, fresh courage take;
the clouds ye so much dread are big with mercy, and shall break
in blessings on your head. 4 Judge not the Lord by feeble sense, but trust him for his grace;
behind a frowning providence he hides a smiling face. 5 His purposes will ripen fast, unfolding ev'ry hour; the bud may have a bitter taste,but sweet will be the flow'r. 6 Blind unbelief is sure to err, and scan his work in vain; God is his own interpreter, and he will make it plain.              -William Cowper In seeking and cultivating the Presence of God; the above lyrics come to mind. It suggests that God moves in a mysterious ways and His works are unsearchable. Those who must seek Him must first believe in the awesomeness of His great works and should be ready to follow Him irrespective, even where the evidence is showing God to be remaining silent over some affairs; often the perceived silence in God’s nature does not mean He is not always acting on our behalf. It is not uncommon to read meaning into the constant thought on the struggles we go through in the way we approach our daily life. Usually, it revolves round the notion on whether to be or not to be a very good Christian; however in real term, this attributes can also stand for seeking to cultivate God’s presence in our daily pursuit in Christ Kingdom. Without much ado, the simple answer to the two questions can be found usually with the individual steps taken in our quest to answer the demands necessitated by the events in our daily life: and without any doubt, it is such steps that will clearly define our role as genuine child of God or not. In part, the essence of faith becomes very paramount in seeking to cultivate the presence of God. Christ Himself succinctly puts the idea very well in Matthew 17:20 and it says: “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. As well; it is wonderful to note what Jesus said with regards to having faith as small as a mustard seed; according to Him this is enough to move a mountain if we consistently trust and believe in Him. Pretty much this shows that for us to begin to experience the mystery of God in our day to day living does not really require much from those who have decided to put their trust in Him and His Holy Name. All we need do is trust Him and believe that what He said He will do He will do with our faith as little as a mustard seed! Consequently, it is only if we can trust, believe and obey His dictates that we can begin to experience His mystery in a larger form: and this includes the ability to do all these with patience, perseverance and the fear of God. The same message was buttressed by Prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 11:1-3. It states: “And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;  And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:” Hence and Irrespective of what position we may find ourselves, God can still change our situation if something is found to be lacking in our journeys of faith. Are you therefore in a wilderness of “not to be” or indeed a court room of not to be a good Christian? Let me assure you that help is always at hand whenever you decide to follow Jesus Christ. In Psalm 77: 1-15, David gave us a clear insight into the sort of relationship those are seeking and trying to cultivate the Presence of God should maintain. It says- “I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.   In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted. I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah. Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak. I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.  I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.  Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more? Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore? Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah. And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High. I will remember the works of the Lord: surely I will remember thy wonders of old. I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings. Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so gr However, it is when a man does not have a divine clue to their problems that they lose hope and begin to complain; that is when God’s name, works and the awesomeness in His Holy Name usually comes under the attack. Whatever “you have against you” now and indeed what any man may have written about you does not in any way describe what God says will happen to you. In a situation where you think that help is no longer available; this is irrespective of the essence of the spirituality that governs you; the common perception is to feel that the Lord had done us evil and the tendency is to forget about all His promises. At that time, it may be very difficult to believe that with God there can still be a lifting up at any time. In that God can use anyone at any time as an example to promote His course for His avalanche of grace to come to manifestation. And there is a glory set aside for anyone who believe in Him, that alone can emanate from any establishment according to  Proverbs 21:1 which states: “The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.” Are you fighting a lost course? Do you think it is all over? Or have you been suppressed in any version that may have dented your faith in the power of His Holy name? Let me assure you that there would be antagonism from many quarters but can still change your story. The question is: are you sure God can still do it? You must always remember that the story of your life cannot just end until Christ says it has ended. What you think it’s impossible will definitely come to pass if you consistently trust God, fear Him and obey His commandments. What type of wilderness are you going through at the moment? Instead of seeking to cultivate the Lord’s presence into your life; would you rather ensure you galvanise your position by moving into the complaining camps. In Philippians 2: 9-16, a clear insight was given by Apostle Paul on how to seek and cultivate the Presence of God. “ Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;  And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputing’s:  That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. In closing, let me remind you about the biblical narrative of Hannah in the Book of 1 Samuel 1:2-2:21. It is worthy to mention that outside of the first two chapters of 1 Samuel, Hannah’s name was never mentioned in the Bible. However, we later found out that she was one of the two wives of Elkanah, the other being Peninnah who had given birth to Elkanah's children. The Bible recorded that Hannah remained childless because the Lord chose to close her womb in 1 Samuel 1:6. As a result, she was provoked, despised and humiliated about her condition by Peninnah. Naturally and like any of us, she felt despaired, dejected and disillusioned about her experience and the treatment she received first from Peninnah, Elkanah and even Eli the Priest. But instead of complaining, retaliating and or lose sight of God, Hannah remained focussed and committed, rather she took her anguish to God. She continued to seek the face of God like never before and she visited Shiloh yearly until the Lord answered her prayers. The Bible also recorded in 1 Samuel 1:11 that Hannah also introduced a vow in her prayer. Hannah vowed a vow and she called on God on the strength of her vow to look upon her with mercy and compassion on her afflictions. She promised that if God will indeed remember her on the strength of her vow, she will give back to God the long awaited son when he comes. God was simply moved and impressed with her because she chose to cultivate His attention through prayers, faith, fear of Him, perseverance and a vow. Consequently, her womb was reopened but with multiple returns because Hannah was only looking for one child from God but: “the Lord visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the Lord.” 1 Samuel 2:21. This is a clear example that  we must always learn to cultivate the Lord’s presence in our lives with patience, faith,  trust and perseverance irrespective of any condition that may come our way. Grant us oh Lord the will to work with your plans in Jesus Name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... “The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults. Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:7-14 Do you know how potent God’s Grace is and how defiled our presence can be a times to share in this Grace? Holy! Holy! Holy! Is the Lord, those who must worship Him must do so in holiness. Today is another day in Your presence Father; let us be able to share in Your Grace. Amen Wishing you all a happy new month of December. Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just checking into His Presence...

GIVING Giving in the house of God and to anyone in need of help should not be regarded as a taboo, considered strange and or seen as something out of place by our human nature. If we worship in a Bible believing church; it is necessary to know the enriching principles set by God to guide us in the way live and conduct ourselves at home (privately) and in the church (spiritually) in relation to giving. David gave a clear insight in Psalm 41:1-3 and declares: “Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.” The above verses can be linked to what Cornelius did in his daily living in Acts 10:1-3 to make an angel of God appeared to him. The Bible recorded that “There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, A devout man, and one that feared God with his entire household, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.” In any house of God therefore, it is not out of place for God to expect us to give from our first fruits with joyful experience and tailor our gifts (giving) in His Presence after the abundance of His grace upon us and Proverbs 3:9-10 endears our thoughts towards this concept with the following sentence: “Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the first fruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.” Giving therefore plays an important role in the life of any child of God and should not be scornfully looked at. For Apostle Paul says: “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:” 2 Corinthians 9:7-8 Without mincing words, It is God’s ordained directive that His children must give and not only to the less privileged but also to His Household so that He too can adequately bless them in return. Under this mandate, l must be able to direct you all to do something that will make our worship more meaningful in His Presence. You must be able to trust in these principles for you to be able to unlock your heavenly riches. “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” Psalm 34:8 I therefore pray to God to teach us His ways so we can always trust Him and be obedient to His principles “for the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.” Amen (Psalm 84:11-12) Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Testimony Time Teasers Today:- *FORGIVENESS* *I always tell myself that when you live your life without anyone hurting, disappointing, disgracing or offending you, then it means you never did anything worthy.* *The beauty of life is that it comes with disappointments and offences from people you least expect.* *Unfortunately, some of us spend so much time on the disappointments and offences and end up becoming victims of all circumstances.* *Remember this one thing always: Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.* *The fact is that the world is full of annoying, naughty and ungrateful people;* *You will always come across them during the gentle stroll of your life span;* *But the best thing to do is to deal with them with love and maturity;* *You can’t get everyone to behave like you....Never!!!* *Hatred and intolerance have caused many of the world's problems and have solved none of them;* *We must learn to tolerate and forgive one another;* *We must bury the faults of others and move on with life.* *As you read this piece, I beseech you to take the pain and forgive that special person you have grudges with and iron out your grievances;* *Muster the courage and apologise to that person you have offended;* *The clock is ticking;* *We are ageing;* *Grave is calling and we are not in charge.* *Life is short, you don't know how much time you have left;* *Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take;* *But by the moments that take our breath away.* *Tolerate and forgive others...* *... the only choice!* *May God bless you🙏🏻* As Christmas season approaches, what do you intend to give up? Think about this little piece, let go and let God. Life is too short to hold on to hurts! May the grace of God lead and grant us the ability to forgive ourselves as Christ taught us in Jesus Name. Checking in into His Presence...  “From the place of his habitation, he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. A horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.” Psalm 33:14-22 Our soul waiteth unto Thee oh Lord our Maker we plead unto You to become our help and our shield because we have trusted in Your Holy name. Let our heart begin to rejoice in You. King David proclaimed Your Might and said: we should “behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy”. Today; we declare our hope in the power of Your mercy out of the fear we have for Your name. We beseech Thee to deliver our souls from death and to keep us alive in case there is any famine. Let Thy mercy O Lord be upon us according to the hope we have in Thee in Jesus name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence… This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? If it is yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.” Galatia 3: 2-9 Let us now focus on our relationship with God; true worship, of course, should be seen as a matter belonging to the hearts of men. The act is not the same when measured in terms of the form gained and portrayed as a result of our religious beliefs. In that out of our religious duties come some sets of religious rituals. In general terms, however, it has brought some classification by which many are now known. The same methods are used as a substitute in appeasing God instead of following through on God’s stringent commandments. Through religious duties/practices, people can only describe your form at face value; they may not be right with the substantive shreds of evidence posed concerning the focus one may be having towards the standards of God and the desire to know Him. So “even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.” Christians should therefore follow the same principle which encourages them to have faith, trust and believe in God and must relate this to carrying out the injunctions of God. As we are approaching the end of the year, I pray our divine helper will locate and bless us, and no power of hell will keep us away from where we are supposed to receive our blessings in Jesus name. Amen Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  It is another morning and we are still counting but only by the special grace of God. However, where lays your hope in all of your counting? Are they based on things you already procured or on those you are expecting to have? Do you think you have you been deprived in any way by assumptions, cheating, lying, misunderstanding and distrust owing to genuine prophesies? In Romans 8:18-25, Apostle Paul entreated on what can give the children of God eternal glory whilst still living in this world. It says: “I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.  For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that[h] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to son ship, the redemption of our bodies.  For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently”. As we enjoy another grace to be alive this morning, l encourage you all to put these wordings by Apostle Paul into perspective: “hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently” Empower us oh Lord to receive strange favour ordained by Your Holy Spirit today. Let every angle we turn to favour us. In Your faithfulness, allow Your divine favour to open doors for us in high places. Where others are being denied, maltreated and misled, let Your eternal favour embrace us. Decree that the benefits accrued from our labours of many years are not in vain. Let them be delivered back to us today. We plead through Your name to remove scars, failures and sickness of any nature. Where others have been stopped, delayed,removed and subjected to ridicule; Your favour oh Lord will move us forward and link us to the position worthy of Your glory. Children of God; l decree today that you will go and begin to enjoy with patience a better relationship with God in the “hope that[h] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God” in Jesus' name. Checking into Gods Presence... Proverbs 22:1 says-"A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold." Every name given to us as men and women of God therefore must be able to create a unique emblem; which if carried by everyone would rise to personify who they truly are. The same method have been employed in businesses today to the extent that such businesses have made a name which stands out for themselves, thereby improving their financial positions. What does your name say about you? Does your name come under the unity and love to move the ministry of God and this generation forward? What is your goal in every position you find yourself? How do you classify your position in His presence, in vain? Today I declare my beloved brethren, "be ye steadfast , unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."-1 Corinthians 15:58 "Therefore, if you have been raised with the Messiah, keep focusing on the things that are above, where the Messiah is seated at the right hand of God. Keep your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on the earth. For you have died, and your life has been safely guarded by the Messiah[c] in God. When the Messiah, who is your life, is revealed, then you, too, will be revealed with him in glory." Amen (Colossians 3:1-4) Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into Gods Presence... What have you gained so far as a child of God? What can you say you have learnt apart from your religious visits to different churches? You have prayed, fasted, worshipped and sang songs of praises in different version but how has that affected your image of being self-centred? Abel became the offering of the first born after bringing his offering to God on the basis of his own self effort which came from the fruit of the ground. "And Abel brought an offering--fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering,"-Genesis 4:4 At first, Abel presented his image well before God; that also meant his offering became acceptable. However, man's image continued to fall deeper and deeper into depravity, mainly for those who saw life from the perspective of Cane. The selfishness of man did not stop until God destroyed His first creation; only to start with Noah's family again.- Genesis 6-8 From the fall of Abel, issues relating to images has always been a challenge and ever since it has developed into a broad issue governing every strata of the society. This initial problem Cane heard now reverberates round homes, churches and work places. We beseech you Father to empower us to live according to Your image in Jesus name. Testimony Time Teasers Today:- Some years ago, I was stuck on a crosstown bus in New York City during rush hour. Traffic was barely moving. The bus was filled with cold, tired people who were deeply irritated with one another, with the world itself. Two men barked at each other about a shove that might or might not have been intentional. A pregnant woman got on, and nobody offered her a seat. Rage was in the air; no mercy would be found here. But as the bus approached Seventh Avenue, the driver got on the intercom. *'Folks,'* he said, *'I know you have had a rough day and you are frustrated. I can’t do anything about the weather or traffic, but here is what I can do. As each one of you gets off the bus, I will reach out my hand to you. As you walk by, drop your troubles into the palm of my hand, okay? Don’t take your problems home to your families tonight, just leave them with me. My route goes right by the Hudson River, and when I drive by there later, I will open the window and throw your troubles in the water.'* It was as if a spell had lifted. Everyone burst out laughing. Faces gleamed with surprised delight. People who had been pretending for the past hour not to notice each other’s existence were suddenly grinning at each other like, is this guy serious? Oh, he was serious. At the next stop, just as promised, the driver reached out his hand, palm up, and waited. One by one, all the exiting commuters placed their hand just above his and mimed the gesture of dropping something into his palm. Some people laughed as they did this, some teared up but everyone did it. The driver repeated the same lovely ritual at the next stop, too. And the next. All the way to the river. We live in a hard world, my friends. Sometimes it is extra difficult to be a human being. Sometimes you have a bad day. Sometimes you have a bad day that lasts for several years. You struggle and fail. You lose jobs, money, friends, faith, and love. You witness horrible events unfolding in the news, and you become fearful and withdrawn. There are times when everything seems cloaked in darkness. You long for the light but don’t know where to find it. But what if you are the light? What if you are the very agent of illumination that a dark situation begs for?. That’s what this bus driver taught me, that anyone can be the light, at any moment. This guy wasn’t some big power player. He wasn’t a spiritual leader. He wasn’t some media-savvy influencer. He was a bus driver, one of society’s most invisible workers. But he possessed real power, and he used it beautifully for our benefit. When life feels especially grim, or when I feel particularly powerless in the face of the world’s troubles, I think of this man and ask myself, What can I do, right now, to be the light? Of course, I can’t personally end all wars, or solve global warming, or transform vexing people into entirely different creatures. I definitely can’t control traffic. But I do have some influence on everyone I brush up against, even if we never speak or learn each other’s name. *No matter who you are, or where you are, or how mundane or tough your situation may seem, I believe you can illuminate your world. In fact, I believe this is the only way the world will ever be illuminated, one bright act of Grace at a time, all the way to the river.* ~Elizabeth Gilbert May we all receive the empowerment to be able illuminate the world in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God’s Presence... “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” Amen (Psalm 121:1-8) Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence... How far can your attitude take you? Attitude is a state of mind that can be judged by using every disposition. Believe it or not; attitude has become part and parcel of life and it dictates whether one is living life or just tagging along without any particular manner or fashion. Let us understand that attitude comes from the heart and it reflects so much on what is inside of any man. Generally speaking, attitude becomes a success story and or failure on the part of any man programmed by the human computer and necessitated through the human functions of the heart/mind. It then follows that as a man thinks so his behavior will also come to manifestation. A man's thought is always controlled through the heart amidst the strongest believe that the eyes too is a very strong computer attached to the body of any man. If everything about life is controlled by what we see, what we hear and what we speak and they are all controlled by are thoughts. Joseph story in Genesis 39:6-23 bears the hallmark of what an ideal Christ disciples should follow. Control our minds o Lord, and let us to work according to Your dictates in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... "Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more. For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called." Isaiah 54:4-5 3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. 7 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee. 8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer. 9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. 10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee. 11 O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. 12 And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones. 13 And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children. 14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. 17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord." Amen Isaiah 54:3,7-14,17 Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  It is another morning and we are still counting only by the special grace of God. Checking into God’s Presence... The date has changed, and the time is also moving consistently; but have you woken up thinking the Lord is not on your side? Then you must have compromised your faith and the level of righteousness to the extent of feeling so abandoned in the presence of God.   Have you stepped into the day feeling elated, fulfilled, and excited about what the Lord has done in your life? Or are you grateful, but without hope even though you have made it to this day? Despite these varying characteristics, grafted in between all the circumstances are the aging processes which God had bestowed indiscriminately upon everyone. Irrespective, displaying good work comes with the acceptance of God's will, trust, and belief, and this should guide the norm of each day that we progress in life. While claiming to be in Christ, the day will always rise and fall before our fading eyes. The only thing that can make a positive impact on our positions in life is the acceptance of the circumstances we may find ourselves daily and, this should form the basis of working and walking towards our usefulness in the presence of God. In retrospect, David became an adulterer after sleeping with Bathsheba: wife of Uriah-the Hittite (2 Samuel 11:26). He also caused the death of Uriah to cover up his misdeeds, and the spirit of the Lord convicted him of the crime through Prophet Nathan.  However, and in the eyes of the law today, David would have been convicted of a murder charge which is capable of being reduced to manslaughter. What we want to consider today is that David understood the position and confessed his sins in Psalm 51 to regain back his lost status before the Lord. And so in Act 13:22, David's status was again reaffirmed and was directly linked to the period before he began his reign in 1 Samuel 13:14. Nevertheless, and for David's guilt to be erased, he moved away from his position of self-pity to regain once again the Lord's purpose in his life. David disregarded the biased impression of all people to become linked with the usefulness and the purpose of God upon His life.  Brethren in Christ, we can choose to do the same today by accepting the position we may likely find ourselves: irrespective of how painful the outcome has been. Let us move away from inflicting the guilty verdicts upon ourselves, any tales of aspersions, suspicion, assumption, hatred, and loss of any kind. And these include stories of any ill health, but rather, we should begin to seek the righteousness of God; by singing to acknowledge His presence in our lives. It is only then we can understand the purpose of God in our lives, and this will ultimately link us with our usefulness in this world. Remember, before we begin to serve and fulfill any of God's purpose in life, for He had made preparations for us. “This is what the Lord says: “When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity.[b] I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.” Jeremiah 29:10-14 But somehow today, many are standing tall at the expense of these promises in Christ Jesus Name. And without any doubt; it pays to serve God but that also depends on what our mood and mind construe. Therefore, we must not operate under any other assumption except such that comes through the Name of God by which everyone shall be saved. May God empower and make this day a day of mercy for us. With Your power oh Lord, You will forgive and take us away from the position of self-pity. Link also us with the basic drive to always want to work and walk with Thee in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God's Presence...  Can you consider how lucky you are today and how convenient it is for you to find excuses and also give up on worshipping God? What of the need to continue to reference Him in all your endeavours? Must you wait until when some particular need arises; albeit that is contrary to your expectations before you start looking for God? Are you aware of one of God's warnings in 2 Samuel 22:27 which states- "With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury". Would you also believe that the same warning also echoes in Psalm 18: 26? "With the pure, You will show Yourself pure; And with the devious, You will show Yourself shrewd." "Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not." 1 John 3:1. What a great blessing comes with a simple rule: to love our Lord and do everything He tells us to do according to His Commandments. Would you accept it is as simple as that? So fear not and do not worry over what you shall eat and or drink for God has made provisions for all that while we are still alive. You must also choose to love your neighbours abundantly!  God, we plead through the righteousness in Your name that You will deliver us from the feet that constantly run away from the dictates of Your Commandments and the intrinsic value of Your presence in Jesus name. Checking into God’s Presence... “For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.”Psalm 32:4-8 When things does not go well in the journey of life, we tend to question almost everything. We question our faith, the church and oftentimes we put the blame on our leaders. In severe occurrence, many reexamines their calling, challenge God and even curse the day they were born. Let me assure you that the greatest weapon to excel in these circumstances is to apply every knowledge gained in Christ Kingdom using the values acquired with the help of the Holy Spirit. Trust me, when you have true access to the Holy Spirit, God will always bring about the ideals necessary for the manifestation of His glory upon those things considered as challenges. Remember this?-“I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” Psalm 32:8 “Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about. Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.” Amen Psalm 32:10-11 Http://testimony-times.blogspot.co.uk Just Checking into His Presence...

Checking into God’s Presence... Children of God; there’s nothing strange when we walk with the assurances given by God in Jeremiah 11:29. The statement affirms-“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” What can be strange therein is if we constantly assume that these promises from God are without some provisos. If we follow through on similar promises in Leviticus 26:3-12, we must notice there is an underlying word which stands to negate those affirmed promises; and it states from the onset the negative vibes that surrounds the word “if”. And without it’s cognizance, there is absolutely no hope for any child of God to receive full blessings under any guise whatsoever. The saying therefore goes like this: “If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. And I set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.” Therefore, what have you gotten to loose? Why not simply try Him by obeying His precepts? In the darkness of our doubts; God’s assurances went on to establish and I quote-“I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.” (Leviticus 26:13) We know our sinful acts can push us to surrender our rights to Your heavenly blessings to the dictates of Satan, therefore we pray unto You Father; to save us with the saving grace of Your right hand from the dangers necessitated and associated with their marks in Jesus name. Checking into God's Presence... Who is your refuge in your time of need? Definitely you cannot rely on your health, wealth, position, children and strength. They may fail you!!! You can't put your trust on human beings. They may be attached to you for the wrong reasons; ready to cast aspersions to your good works of faith: even where you have not been judged by God. I tell you categorically to put your trust in God and not in the power of your own strength. Also, do not forget God and be deceived as you enjoy the trust coming from your neighbours. Be rest assured, if you are with God, He will never desert you! From the Biblical stories of Joseph, Samson, David, Hannah, Esther and Mordecai: to mention just a few; God proved He is a constant help in the hours of need. That's why David used Psalm 46 to give us so much insight into the Mind of God: In that, to trust in Him is better, surer, most certain and can be quite unambiguous. That goes for those who puts their trust in Him. Listen to these... "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. Selah." Testimony Time Teasers Today:- copied She asked a question in a general Group on a WhatsApp platform. I responded to the question professionally. She tagged my response and typed: *"you're an idiot"* Upon thinking through her response, I calmly replied: *"Thanks so much. Now that you have pointed out my attention to this idiotic part of me, I'll surely work on it, God bless you my dear..."* *And the whole platform shook. Over 118 people commented. They were so surprised by my calm response. Of course she was terribly bashed to the extent that she "left" the Group.* *An hour later she called me to apologise* for how stupid she's been etc. I forgave her and we became friends. Then I later ended up handling her premarital counselling sessions. Two days ago, on my Birthday, she and her husband surprised me with a gift worth over #5,000,000. This was a year after she called me an idiot. *Life Lessons from this experience:* *1. MATURITY:* Your reaction to negative feedbacks  or situations shows how mature you are. *2. CHOICE:* You have the power of choice whenever anybody does or says anything offensive to you. *3. SELF CONTROL:* If someone calls you anything negative and you lose yourself and begin to fight or shout or do anything terrible, you only prove them right. *4. SILENCE IS GOLDEN:* It is better to keep quiet and let people think you're a fool, than to open your mouth to enable them confirm you're truly a fool. *5. DISCERNMENT:* You cannot throw both the baby and the dirty water away from the bathing bowl because the baby had pooed in the bath water. *6. POSITIVE POWER:* You have the power to win people through your maturity and composure and not through overly being more sanctimonious than the person. *7. POSITIVE IMPACT:* Life is all about people. If I had responded to her negatively, I would have lost a friend forever. *8. WISDOM:* There are people who are sent to you by God to help your journey in life to be worthwhile, your  meeting point might be at a fighting point. Be wise, even when you're angry. *9. HUMILITY:* She was humble enough to call and apologized. *10. RECONCILIATION:* Maybe there's someone you need to reconcile with today, go ahead and do just that. We can all get better with ourselves, with these 10  key lessons. I found this interesting and thought it good to share. Have a nice day, ❤️ you all. Testimony Time Teasers Today:- Testimony Time Teasers Today:-COPIED Once upon a time, a cow went out to graze in the jungle. Suddenly, she noticed a tiger racing towards her. She turned and fled, fearing that at any moment the tiger would sink his claws into her. The cow desperately looked for someplace to escape and at last, saw a shallow pond. Barely evading the tiger’s reach, she jumped into the pond, and in the heat of the chase, the tiger blindly leaped after her. To the surprise of them both, the pond was extremely shallow yet filled with deep recesses of mud. After toppling over each other, the cow and the tiger found themselves a short distance apart, stuck in the mud up to their necks. Both had their heads above water but were unable to free themselves no matter how much they writhed. The tiger repeatedly snarled at the cow and roared, “I am going to enjoy the sound of crunching your bones between my teeth!” He thrashed about in fury but soon became fretful as he found no prospect of escape. The cow thoughtfully laughed as the tiger struggled to free himself and asked him, “Do you have a master?” The tiger disdainfully replied, “I am the king of the jungle. Why do you ask me if I have a master? I myself am the master!” The cow said, “You may be the king of the jungle, but here all your power has failed to save your life.” “And what about you?” Retorted the tiger. “You are going to die here in this mud too!”’ The cow smiled mildly and said, “No, I am not.” “If even I, the king of the jungle cannot free myself from this mud”, snapped the tiger, “Then how can you, an ordinary cow?” The cow gently replied, “I cannot free myself from this mud, but my master can. When the sun sets and he finds me absent at home, he will come looking for me. Once he finds me, he will raise me up and escort me home sweet home.” The tiger fell silent and coldly glared at the cow. Soon enough, the sunset and the cow’s master arrived. He immediately recognized the plight she was in and lifted her to safety. As they walked home, the cow and the master both felt renewed gratitude for one another and pitied the tiger they both would have been happy to save if only the tiger had allowed them. The cow represents a surrendered heart, the tiger represents an egoistic mind, and the master represents GOD. The mud represents the world, and the chase represents the struggle for existence therein. *The brief* Its good to be independent and not rely on anyone. But don't take it to an extreme, you always need a partner/coach/mentor who will always be on the lookout for you. Having them does not mean you are weak, it's just that you can be stronger with their help. Make sure to share this story with your partner/coach/mentor/children and express your gratitude to God and them. Do have a fulfilling midweek in Jesus Name. Checking into Gods Presence... Most certainly, this new day may have come as a surprise unto many. This is so because the new dawn is ready to uncover all the secrets affairs nurtured during the night. Although the affairs of the night may have paralyzed some thoughts, making the news of the coming day to be so far apart from the night. We must know therefore that whatever has a beginning must surely have an end. All illicit affairs enjoyed by using the covers of the night or under any guise must somehow disappear; and this is in spite of the joy derived from the escapades. "Luke 8:17 declares-there is nothing hidden that won't be revealed, and there is nothing secret that won't become known and come to light". Now that the new day is here, what affairs did you engage in last night? Could it be one that led to righteousness or such that has the hallmarks of unrighteousness? Every new day offers the opportunity to set new limits and pursue God's purpose. Exodus 9:16 says “But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth". Let your choice be the desire to walk according to the purpose of God. Please note that the Lord and His purposes are always perfect but we are not; it is also true that the Lord understands that. As Christians therefore, we are always prone to be assailed with doubts and fears which can keep us from living out the purposes that God has established for us." Let me assure you that we can overcome this by consistently reading and studying His word so that our faith can be made stronger day by day in Christ Jesus. Father, as we learn from you and pray to You regularly, let us become more embolden to accomplish great purposes in Your name." Checking into God’s Presence... Tell me, what is your single story about? To build or destroy? To cause unity or confusion? Do you see anything good about your church, your Pastor/Shepherd or your husband/wife? Remember, whatever singular story you make up, becomes the slogan of the day which can either create hatred or love. No wonder churches are facing challenges, divorce rate is on the rise, Africa and indeed the whole world can no longer find rest because of so much hate campaign. Let us begin to use our stories to edify the name of God and portray the goodness in people. Quite succinctly, the bible describes everyone as imperfect. “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”-Romans 3:10 and “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”-Romans 3:23 Apostles Paul admonished us on how to maintain Godly relationship in Roman 15:1-2: “We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.” I therefore pray for your peace your household and the peace of the Church- “May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces.” For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, “Peace be within you.” Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek your good. Checking into God’s Presence... “Jude, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, To those who are called, [a]sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ: Mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord [b]God and our Lord Jesus Christ.” Jude: 1-4 Truly we were called by You Father; choose today to sanctify us by the strength of Your grace because You are God the Father. Also; preserve us with the value of the precious Blood in Christ Jesus. “For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord [b]God and our Lord Jesus Christ.” Therefore, let Your mercy speak into our lives; declare peace, victory, joy and multiply Your love upon us in accordance with Your covenant with Father Abraham. Checking into God's Presence...  “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.” Romans 8:2-13 Father in the Name of Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, we arise through our prayers today to establish dominion and legal right over the covenant of peace that Thou made with us in Jeremiah 29:11. This states: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.  In Daniel 9:4: Thou showed You can act as a great and a dreadful God Who also can keep covenant and mercy to them that love You and to them that can keep Your commandments. We pray unto You oh Lord our God, to give us authority to control the demands of all flesh. As the great and dreadful God, let the Spirit of God dwell in us even though You can choose to shut up the heavens and there will be no rain.  We also know that with Your power, You can command the locusts to devour the land and send pestilence among Your people. We beseech You to withhold Your dreadfulness, instead deal with us with favour, love, mercy and peace. Allow Your Spirit to prevail so that we can all reach the expected end earmarked for those called after Your name in Jesus Mighty Name.
