Testimony Time
Testimony Time:-Do you know that the pride we parade today will not always make it to the hit list of tomorrow? Have you considered must be overridden with time: and age must play a significant part. Generally, beauty will fade away, bodies will wane and wrinkles will take hold of where once our pride stood.
That notwithstanding, we can either choose the process whereby we can age gracefully as a result of the labours of our hands or surfer some disrepute at old age because we have been so unkind to the true works of faith and the way we have led our lives.
What excuse have you got that is not allowing you to give your life to Christ? Is it marital problems, unemployment, disappointment, hatred, unfruitfulness, homelessness or the value of being poor? Would you believe that similar issues occurred during the time of Jesus? Do you know that despite it all: Christ was able to lead and teach His own on how to be a child of God in those circumstances? Indeed, if Jesus Christ were to focus on those challenges and any other negative news emanating from their direct result, He would have been faced with so much distraction and undoubtedly, these will have taken Him away from the purpose of saving mankind.
However, Christ was much focused and remained faithful to His words. There was never at one time did Christ forget God's plan for Salvation. "God's original plan is to test and redeem His children from the effects of sin and Satan's influence. Those who believe in Him must begin to experience the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ which was designed by God to bring about man's immortality and eternal life. As well, the plan of Redemption or Salvation by God ensured Jesus Christ became the only begotten Son of our Heavenly Father who was sent to Earth as the Saviour even though at that time too, the Roman Empire were seen to be perpetrating evil against God's original plan.
So "much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. “Romans 5:9
And "if we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:7
Let the blood of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of our Lord God Almighty cleanse us from all sin in Jesus name. Amen
