Checking into Gods Presence...

If you have forgotten, Christianity is not about age, prophecy, and works or how long you have served. It is not just about prayers, vigils, fasting and how constant you are with your religious visits to the Lord’s sanctuary, but about being constantly born again, seeing you as a child ready to learn and willing to submit to the dictates of the Lord.

It would be nice for us to go back to the cradle seat and remould ourselves. Let us therefore begin the ministry of reconciliation with God at this Lenten Season by following in His footsteps righteously.

May the Lord deliver us from all famines, put us in the position of prosperity and endow us with the spirit to serve and honour Him in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

May the Lord keep our hope alive and make every day in His Presence possible whereby our tomorrow will always be better in serving Him in Jesus name. Amen

Checking into Gods Presence...

Today I wish to talk about the act of giving. Giving is an act of love. It is a way of expressing and expanding God's miracles on earth, thereby causing people to come before Him with testimonies.

God gave us two hands; one for our immediate needs and the other to lend support in bringing people unto Him through the act of love.

Apart from the delicate nature associated with the gift of love, God still expects we fulfil His command through giving and there is nothing as peaceful as when we offer the gift of love.

Giving does not have to be for monetary gains alone.

You can look at it from the position of offering peace instead of war. It is an act that rests solely on the sacrifice of love or offering love as a gift in the face of any terrible situation.

When you give, you bring people to His Presence without knowing. There should be no limits set upon giving; however it must attract the spirit of humbleness from both parties. You are also fulfilling one of the fundamental principles of why God created us in the first place.

What have you lost for the sake of giving?

Know for sure that all hope is not lost if you give righteously as God will always repay you. When we look at the world today, the missing link is love. Give, so that it can be given to you (Luke 6:36-38). There is no other way to experience peace in our lives and cause the blessings of heaven to erupt upon us.

May the grace of God binds and allow His love to enliven us so we can experience growth, joy, testimonies, peace and breakthrough through the acts of giving in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

Checking into Gods Presence...

One of the quickest ways to forget about God is to be consumed with “self.” And Jesus had pretty direct words for those who wanted to follow Him. He said, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” Matthew 16:24 NIV

In this Lenten Season, what can you eschew in honour of following Christ. You can begin today by shredding them one after the other.

May God strengthen us, heal our emotions and mend our broken hearts. May God grant us wisdom and lead us out of the valley that ferments trouble in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

Checking into Gods Presence...

I congratulate you all for the added Grace by God which enabled us to see this day. The crucial thing is each day that is gone, albeit marked with any sort of celebrations also reduces our length of time in this world.

As a result, we must sit back and take account of our stewardship from time to time. This must be looked at in the area of how many people we bring to Christ and by what means.

Remember, everything must stand on the Word of God to remain firm. Psalm 119:89 says “Your word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens” and let us also consider the following Bible references (Isaiah 40:8, Isaiah 51:6

Therefore, never use any other means of bringing people to Christ than the Word of God. Without the Word of God to stand upon, such a person will fade and become victims of their successes.

Being popular as a result of your prophecies means you are only liked for a while. Many great prophets and prophetesses who later shunned the Word of God have fallen; they have all become shadows of themselves.

Prophecies must only be considered where the positions of such prophets and prophetesses are very effective by using the Word of God as a means of bringing people to His Kingdom, just like Samuel was raised with a promise in I Samuel 2: 35

Lord we want you to remove the spirit of pride in us that allows us to use our imaginations in favour of Your Power to bring people into Your Kingdom.

Let Your humble Spirit guide us with Your Words so that we can make a big difference on earth with great rewards for us in the kingdom of Heaven in Jesus name. Amen

Checking into Gods Presence...

I welcome you to His Righteousness upon which we are able to celebrate In His Presence today.

We are called the chosen ones (1 Peter 2:9) because as Christians we meant to emulate the fundamental principles of what Christ stood for.

We must thirst and hunger to love, serve, and worship. We know what is right but are we showing it to the world?

Lord, give us the power to yearn to be in Your Presence. Convict our souls and make it Yours so we will thirst and hunger for things that are righteous in Jesus name. Amen

Checking into Gods Presence...

To those who do not believe and to those who have very simply written themselves off at all fronts, it is another morning and it is a new opportunity to come into the Presence of God.

The Word of the Lord is quite simple, walk with Him and you shall find peace. Please take time to read the Book of Judges. You will discover that those who were called by His name but retracted in their steps were delivered into the hands of the enemy and those that chose to heed the Word of God became conquerors.

Would you believe that same principle applies today in the journeys of life? How much do you allow the Word of God to translate and fester in your life?

When you fear God and obey His Statutes by walking in His Ways, God deposits some assets in you. This has been confirmed, tried, tested! The Lord is good to everyone, only our conducts deprive us of so many good things in life.

We therefore pray for a turnaround from this approach that is ruining the purpose of God in us Jesus Mighty name. Amen

Checking into Gods Presence...

To those who proudly call themselves Christians, and flaunts at every opportunity to showcase the amount of Christianity in us, can l humbly ask what is your level?

And if Christ were to come today to harvest His own, will He meet you at the right level of Christianity?

If you run on an empty tank of your faith, guided by your emotions and saturated with your feelings, you may be building another kingdom for yourself, albeit without knowing.

Today, you have the opportunity to take stock of your deeds and see if they are below par to the dictates of Christ (Psalm 1:1) and begin to realign your steps so you can be at the right level with God.

Father, we beseech you to give us the ability to become worthy Christians in your Presence for the sake of the blood shed for our purpose. Amen
