Checking into God's Presence... "(There are eleven days' journey from Horeb by the way of mount Seir unto Kadeshbarnea.) And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spake unto the children of Israel, according unto all that the Lord had given him in commandment unto them; After he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei: On this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying, The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:   Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates. Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them." Deuteronomy 1: 2-8  We give thanks unto You, oh Lord, for sparing our lives to see the month of November. Thank You for being nigh unto all that called upon You, taking note of our troubles through the truthfulness of our calls. Therefore, we are inviting You more into the affairs of our lives this new month; by the same margin: we want you to fulfil our desire so we can bless Your name forever. We know that great is Your Name, oh Lord, and Your greatness is unsearchable, let our generation praise thy works and declare thy mighty acts because of what You have been able to deliver unto us. We beseech You to continue to make known to the sons of men Your mighty acts and the glorious majesty of Your kingdom through Your Name in this eleventh month. Position our faith in You and let us speak of the glory of thy kingdom and talk of thy power which will always bear testimonies to Your name. Let the eyes of those called by Your name wait upon Thee; we beseech You to give us our meat in due season. Open Thine hand and satisfy our desire with the hidden treasures of heaven because You are righteous in all ways and holy is Your works. Begin to fulfil our desires. Hear our cries and save us from the perils of the world through Your love as You continue to preserve us for more testimonies in Your Name.
