Checking into Gods Presence... 

Romans 15:4 says whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope, faith and then trust and believe in the Name of God.

This is because although many claim to know God, they have not been worshipping and glorifying Him as God, nor have been thankful in appreciation of the benefits they are receiving from Him.

Many therefore became futile in their thoughts thereby making their hearts to be foolishly darkened whilst professing to be wise even though they are fools. (

“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools” Romans1:20-22)

Please note, God's invisible attributes are clearly seen and understood by things that are made. As a result, there is no excuse.

Lord, make us to understand your incorruptible nature and eliminate in us the tendencies that aspire to change your glory and plans for us in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

 Checking into Gods Presence... 

Do you know we must declare His praise at all times to continue to receive the benefits of the Chosen One?

What do you get in return for your praise, worship through prayers and testimonies?

Do you believe God can still grant all requests and also send leanness instead into hearts where they are marred with unrighteousness?

I encourage us to share in the greatness of the Lord by reading Psalm 106 and stop ourselves from turning our glory into that of an ox that eats grass daily.

God, let our worship, prayer, praise and testimony be enough to change the stories of our lives into that of righteousness so that we can continue to enjoy Your inheritance in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

 Checking into Gods Presence... 

Please test your belief today to know if you are a true Christian. Also test yourself about obedience to Christ’s commandments, practicing good works and following Christ's example. 

Finally, test yourself about the love of God at the expense of the world and love for other believers, ensuring it is more than that we have to ourselves. 

“We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. 

But if anyone obeys his word, love for God[a] is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.

Dear friends, I am not writing you a new command but an old one, which you have had since the beginning. This old command is the message you have heard. 

Yet I am writing you a new command; its truth is seen in him and in you, because the darkness is passing and the true light is already shining.

Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister[b] is still in the darkness. 10 Anyone who loves their brother and sister[c] lives in the light, and there is nothing in them to make them stumble. 11 But anyone who hates a brother or sister is in the darkness and walks around in the darkness. They do not know where they are going, because the darkness has blinded them.” 1 John 2: 3-11

May the faithfulness of God teach us His Works in Jesus Mighty name. Amen

 Checking into Gods Presence...

The gospel of Jesus Christ is revolutionary because it deals with the heart of man.

It means a man needs to be born again before there can be significant impact in his/her relationship with God. The heart of a person therefore needs to be transformed before behavioural changes can occur and no one can be forced to undergo such a process. Please listen to this assertion in John 3:3 by our Lord Jesus Christ. 

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Revolutionise our hearts today oh Lord, and make them a place of your abode in Jesus Name. Amen

 Checking into God’s presence..

Can we possibly ask ourselves what we have under our roofs in our homes, minds and in our churches?

Can we categorically say our temples including that of our hearts resemble that encouraged by Jesus Christ? 

Romans 8:5-6 say it all “For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

In this new week, may the Lord guide us all the time to be able to set our minds on things of the Spirit in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

 Checking into God’s presence…

What do you have encased in your heart? Are they capable of making you smile? And would you as a result remove yourself from worshipping the Lord today? 

Would such reasons or reason smile puts smiles on other people?

Unless you answer to the affirmative, your plot is out of tune in the Presence of the Lord. 

Remember always the instruction in Ecclesiastes 9:10 (NIV)

“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.”

Oh Lord we beseech Thee, Let the words of our hearts be at peace with your purpose in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

 Checking into Gods Presence... 

Great things the Lord hath done, and l welcome you all to His faithfulness. But at the first dew drop of His new Grace, have you offered Him praise?

As a living witness to His New Testimonies, we just have to glorify Him for His Presence in our lives which granted us the power of enablement to see this day.

What is your experience? And what do you consider to be challenges? Are they powerful enough to draw you away from the Presence of God, where you can receive answers to them all, provided you truly believe?

Please note that God is still capable of changing those uncomfortable stories to a befitting one and it can never be too late for Him to answer your prayers, only we must, trust, obey, believe, and then wait for His Promises. 

Listen to this “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8

Lord, we pray You will encourage us with Your mercy and guide us to rest upon Your Promises that never fail in Jesus name. Amen
