Checking into God's Presence... “All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes, but the Lord weigheth the spirits. Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established. The Lord hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.” Proverbs 16:2-4 To the wise, the sound doctrines inscribed into the teachings of the word of God should improve their relationship with God. As well, stating the obvious to the fools in the kingdom race can be viewed in another format. Maintaining the way of Christ can be tantamount to slavery to many and it can be some kind of imprisonment to other groups. However, there will always be a way to renounce the truth if it incapacitates the area of fulfilling lustful desires. Whereas “all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works”(2 Timothy 3:16-17).  Therefore, we must “preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2 Fortify our thoughts oh Lord so we can be instant in season and out of season. Checking into His Presence… As we come to life again today, I declare peace upon everyone. The scripture says in 1 king 13: 4-6 and it states: “And it came to pass when king Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, which had cried against the altar in Bethel, that he put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up so that he could not pull it in again to him. The altar also was rent, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the Lord. And the king answered and said unto the man of God, entreat now the face of the Lord thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me. And the man of God besought the Lord, and the king's hand was restored him, and became as it was before.” In this passage, the king cried out to the man of God to ask the Lord on his behalf so that his hand can be restored once again. Dear beloved, I pray for you this morning in the name of Jesus: every evil hand assigned to seize your glory or suppress your children and your business by taking away our tomorrow; let such hand or group of hands wither instantly. I decree by the heavens; every satanic hand turning or trying to turn away our testimony; let them break down. We beseech You in Your holiness to take away trials, temptation and the power of secret sins. Let us move away from poverty to prosperity, from misfortune to the miracle and from pain to peace. Checking into God's Presence... "They passed the first and second guards and came to the Iron Gate leading to the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went through it. When they had walked the length of one street, suddenly the angel left him". Acts 12:10 I pray that doors of greatness shall open for us on their own accord now and always. Where we least expect the Lord's grace, the divine help of our Lord Jesus Christ will locate us in Jesus Name. Let the uncommon doors of peace, help and favours from God open so that our seasons of financial breakthrough will appear. I also pray against every door of the prison, holding our blessings. Let them be open by fire in Jesus Name. In the Name of Jesus, let our glory come out of the pit of satanic imprisonment; let them begin to shine according to the riches of the Lord in glory. Checking into His Presence… When God makes a declaration, He will back it up with a confirmation, and no one can invalidate what God has ordained. I thank the Lord that we are his vessel and that we are still part of His plans. May He give us miracles that will change our stories like that of David, who moved from the Sheepfold to Shepherd the people of Israel. And like Joseph who was taken from the pit to the prison and then to the palace in Genesis 41:1-57 Let me attest to the actual words of God that He chooses to bring testimonies out of His people weaknesses and then catapults them to any position that will make them celebrate His glory. I pray we shall walk divinely and enjoy the protection of the safe Hands of our Lord Jesus Christ. You are the Lord of Host; declare Your peace upon us in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into His Presence… Do you know these? 1. We like to worship, but we don't believe in judgment day? 2. We love to live, and we believe we will do so forever? 3. There is a bit of God and Satan in every individual? 4. We all have the opportunity to become either a wall or a bridge in solving any challenges? 5. That darkness and light cannot be present at the same time? The absence of one showcases the other! 6. Sow the right seed so that you can harvest the good fruit? 7. That the purpose of a big house/ church can also eliminate the spirit of God? 8. We all represent the church of Christ and not the building we regularly worship. Now see what the Lord requires of you in Micah 6:8 New International Version (NIV) "He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly[a] with your God. We pray you, O Lord, give us the spirit to work according to your dictates in Jesus Mighty Name. Checking into God's Presence... In all, the description of one man is very irrelevant compare to how God describes you. Look at the life of the so-called perpetrators of hatred as they preach and write as much as they lie. Age to them is inconsequential because they are still babes by Christ description. Remember the story of Mordecai, Haman and that of Joseph? That should tell everyone that not all hatred is golden.    Besides, their persecutors do not consistently achieve their aims. In all, do not allow people's opinions to cause division on the excellent role you have established for yourself. Let your mercy speak for us oh Lord, and prevent the wishes of oour enemies from overriding the purpose of our faith in Jesus Name. Checking into God's Presence...    "Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday." Psalm 37:3-6   God has spared us to see this new month of September, and we must realize that what makes the day depends largely on the desires of the human hearts. From every desire come pursuits that set parameters for all goals. Some goals are laudable from the onset, and they bear the hallmarks of God's righteousness. Of course, there are some which the Lord spoke vehemently against in Proverbs 6:16-19. Verse 19 says, "a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community". In my very proper assessment since I was born, this statement cannot be side-lined.    Starting from homes, workplaces, mosques and churches all over the world, we have one way or the other succumbed to this evil practice as a result of greed, fame, power, lust, jealousy and hatred, to mention a few. If the general norm is to "pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:" according to Hebrew 12:14, then "what causes fights and quarrels among us? Don't they come from the desires that battle within us?"-James 4:1   What are your desires this morning and indeed this month? It does not matter what anointment you carry and how old you are; Satan, our arch-enemy, will always help to influence evil desires that are not of God's: and both have genuine repercussions. Either good or bad. So this September, are you ready to commit thy ways unto the Lord and trust also in him; so He can bring His goodness to pass upon you? I encourage you to "trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed". I pray for these blessings to manifest upon everyone in Jesus name.
