Checking into Gods Presence...
If your thoughts are far from this objective you cannot be classified as His own. How do you worship God? You worship Him by obeying His statutes always, no ifs, no buts and no Luke warmness
“Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers giveth you.
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.”Deuteronomy 4:1-2
Whatever we chase after apart from the instructions of God, represents our semi-God even though we are all classified as Christians, an act that brings constant displeasure to our jealous God.
What are your thoughts this morning and what do you have in pursuits? Is it fame, money, women, men, or position?
Lord, remould our hearts so that we will always have the eagerness to worship you truthfully without seeking after our own desires in Jesus Name. Amen
